Recently bought a Samsung dryer here at this establishment. I brought the dryer home to discover missing bolts for the electric connection. Called the business and they immediately had replacements ready for pickup. After plugging in the dryer I discovered that the dryer was faulty and did not work. I called the store and again they replaced the faulty dryer with another same make and model. They showed me the new dryer I was taking home was fully functional and worked before taking it home. Decent selection of stuff but almost everything we've bought here has been broken or screwed up by someone else & then returned. Won't be coming back as it's only a 7 day exchange policy with no returns. Exhibit A of what a cube organizer came out of the box looking like. Bought a light fixtures as well that all the glass was broken. Other cube organizer we bought was a failed put together that I had to rig together. Prices were almost same as new from Target or Menards. We prefer to support small local business but we are 0/3 and won't be coming back...

They do not test electronics here, apparently. I bought a saw from them and it didn’t work at all. Their return policy is 7 days, exchange only. That policy is posted, and I should have realized how shady it is, but I guess I was blinded by what I thought was a good deal. There are similar stores in Bloomington that sell appliances and electronic items and accept returns for 30 days, money back. This store might be fine for most things, but I would not buy any appliances or electronic items from them. Try a...
