Horrible experience. I took my mom there for her birthday and her hair colorist did a great job on her however mine was awful. She turned my blonde hair into brown, the service took over 3 hours (I don't have long hair), she kept leaving to ask other hair colorists questions, and when I clearly told her that I didn't like the result, she told me to go home and wash my hair a few times. The lady who charged us for the services, charged us for the wrong services and wrong amounts. I was later contacted by the manager to pay for the correct services (which I found very unprofessional). I had to call 3 times to get ahold of the manager to let her know what transpired. I've spent thousands of dollars turning my hair into a beautiful shade of blonde and this salon wrecked it. The manager made excuses for her employee and blamed it on a "lack of communication" between us. I showed the employee numerous photos of what I was looking for and clearly, it wasn't brown hair. First time I went here Christine did my hair full foils and did such a great job. Second time I had to see Lauren because Christine wasn’t available and had to get my hair done ASAP. I was stuck at the salon for 4 damn hours and she had the foils in my hair for 2 hours literally burned my entire hair. I asked her for a trim and to even out my hair she literally took a snip here and there so fast not even doing a normal cut she charged me $50 for a damn trim REALLY??!!! They charge $50 no matter what kind of hair cut you get I just think that its ridiculous and feel like they are ripping customers off!!! Last but not least she charged me $180 total with hair cut included and burned my damn hair and didn’t get a hair cut I asked for. My hair looked so uneven even though I asked her to even it out I mean it was just a horrible experience and I will never go back!!! I did not have a great first experience - I think the stylist was rather new - told me her scissors had a nick in them and needed to borrow someone else's, kept asking me how I wanted this part cut, and was very unsure of herself in making color choices - over processed my hair so it is a bit damaged now. I found out that she no longer works there and my son wanted a fun summer style so I thought i would try again. The stylist had a GREAT personality - really - great with my son but the cut is wildly uneven - the left side is lower than the right and it is just not at all the picture that we provided. The colorist who dyed his hair blue didn't wash out the blue nearly enough - he had lots of it left on his skin and dark blue streaks of color running down his face when sweating at soccer a couple hours later. bummer because I love the location and the ambiance.
