This Caribou Coffee is inside the Lunds & Byerlys, which was a little confusing to me. I have zero experience with coffee and am trying to learn how to drink it, so I went in the middle of the workday and it was very quiet. The barista was friendly and helpful, and even though it took me quite a while and a back and forth for him to help me figure out what's a good starter coffee, I never felt rushed. I ended up getting a vanilla crafted press.
The store itself did feel a little strange since it's kind of just a stand inside the grocery store, which I wasn't ready for, so it's not as "coffee house vibe" as you might be expecting, though there is seating in the Lund's and Byerly's ready to eat section...
Read moreThis is a nice little spot. I am trying to think if they got around to putting back the benches since they were taken out because of Covid. I don't usually have time to sit, but, it would be a good idea to put the sitting area back. It is right next to the Bachman's flowers. Which is nice. This location does not have a lot of food offerings, but, hey, it is in a Lund's & Byerly's. Personally, I wish the Caribou company would have more gluten-free options.
