I gave three stars today because the employees were not very nice or helpful with an item that we had purchased a couple weeks ago that they had so graciously put on hold for us until we had a truck big enough to haul it home. The two ladies at the front registers were busy so we found another employee in the store to ask for help retrieving the item. The lady(I didnāt catch her name) that we found made it seem that we were an inconvenience to even ask for her help. Another gentleman(again did not catch his name) was a lot more helpful and nice with retrieving the item. There was a miscommunication on the hold sheet where it did not have the āsoldā section on top circled but we did already purchase the item the day we put it on hold. The lady was very smug and did not seem willing to try and resolve the issue, threw the paper at the gentleman and walked away. My mom had walked out to her car to find the receipt and as she was walking out the gentleman saw a note on the bottom of the paper that stated we already paid. He was extremely nice and apologetic about the scenario so kudos to him for being professional! I work retail and understand some days are hard and so is life but it shouldnāt reflect onto customers.
I was not pleased with my experience today and I hope the store is able to resolve this issue as there are some furniture items I would purchase from here but if my experience is the same next time I will be...

Liam was the first sales rep I asked for help with finding my new dining table and he immediately found help when he couldnāt find it initially. He got assistance from his manager Keith who was very polite and even helped show Liam how to look up the table I was in search for . When we didnāt find it on floor Keith didnāt just say we donāt have it ..he went to go look in back and was very willing to help me find what I came in store for which he in fact found and let me see item myself (as it was a return) he help complete the transaction and help me sign up to become a member and helped my boyfriend put it in our truck. I will be a returning customer I was very impressed by the customer service I received and how happy everyone were willing to help. Also happy I got exactly what I came for ..my new...

I usually go here without a plan and come out with a ton of crap--good crap though. The food selection is the highlight for me. There's a whole range of products from around the world and even the US (like Cafe Du Monde' products from New Orleans) that I cannot find anywhere else--save the internet and Amazon.
But, with that in mind, the prices here are mostly better than the internet for the products I've researched. Also, I recently checked out the kitchen section, and I'm happy to say that there's a lot of good stuff over there. I got some small ramekins for $1.50 a piece; they looked good, too. Overall, this place is really great. Sometimes, the checkout lines can suck a bit, but I'll put up with it. You can't get this stuff anywhere else...
