Prescriptions said they were ready for pickup no phone call or anything so should be no issue.. right? Incorrect insurance information in the system seemed to cause some kind of confusion/misunderstanding. A pharmacy tech Sherry got caught lying, refused to do her job properly and would rather argue with a customer needing antibiotics for 2 babies because she simply doesn't care about integrity, customer service experience, treating others the way you want to be treated, or following proper protocols. Showed more concern to give runaround treatment and unnecessary inconvenience. Made up false information and lied to purposely try not to serve. The pharmacist Melissa could have intervened and even tried to fix the issue/misunderstanding, but acted like she had better things to do.
