Me and my husband ordered food from here tonight. That was our first mistake. There is a husband and wife that own this restaurant. The wife answered the phone. She was not pleasant on the phone. She continued to put my husband on hold several times and was hard to understand . My husband had to ask her to repeat the order back to make sure the order was correct. When we arrived at the restaurant to pick up our food my husband went to the counter to find out the total and pay. The total seemed a little high so my husband asked if he could see the breakdown. The wife took the receipt and slammed it on the counter. We were caught off guard and sat down in disbelief and quietly waited for our food. After waiting for a while for our food my husband asked the wife how long would it would be till our food was done. The wife abruptly yelled at my husband I told you on the phone it would be 15 minutes. Finally when our food was done we went to the counter to get our food. Me and my husband let the wife know in respectful tone that we did not appreciate the way she spoke to us and that we would not be back . We were heading out the door. My husband had got to the car and I was on the doorway. There was a guy sitting by the door that started yelling and pointing his finger at me . He said your rude and we don’t want your business and F* you I work here. The husband and wife owners stood at the counter and let the employee talk to a paying customer like that. I got to the car shaken up. My husband went to the doorway to let the employee know that it was disrespectful to talk to me like that. The owner came to the door and started yelling at us and said we will just give you your money back. My husband let the owner know that we did not want our money back we just wanted to be treated with respect from the beginning. We got home and the food was dried out and tasteless. Not to mention even if the food was decent me and my husband were so upset about what had just taken place. The moral of this story is don’t waste your time and hard earned money on this dirty disrespectful restaurant. If the owners continue to treat there customers like they are a dime a dozen they won’t continue...
Read moreWorst customer experience that I have ever witnessed!! When I googled Chinese food in my area, I accidentally called this establishment instead of China One, which is right by house. A: it was a small order of orange chicken and crab ragoons. (It's not like I ordered a huge order) B: i called back within 5 minutes after they told me it would take 15 minutes and she rudely said my food was already made. So my food was going to be sitting out for ten minutes?! I digress. The woman then hung up on me. I called right back and asked to speak to a manager. A man got on the phone and I again apologized for the confusion and I explained the mistake and how his employee was very unprofessional by hanging up on me. His exact words were, "yeah, I was here and I saw it. I'm very busy, I don't have time to talk to you. I have more important things to do." I replied, "That's very unprofessional and I'm trying to apologize..." and was then cut off by him saying he didn't care. I then said I'd leave a review about this terrible experience and he yelled, "I don't care! You do that!" And proceeded to hang up on me. I was completely shocked, but then got on Google reviews and saw that others have experienced similar problems with their staff. I will never eat here again and I will tell everyone I know not to eat here. Everything would have been fine if he just apologized for the women's behavior, but instead he defended it and acted like a 2 year old that didn't get his way.
Besides, from the other reviews I wouldn't have even eaten here had I seen them previously. The food is bad, the service is worse and I wouldn't waste you and your family's time and money on this place.

Read moreIf there was an option for no stars that's what I would have chosen. With that being said the people that work here are super rude and have NO costumer service skills. I called and asked a question, the lady had to repeat herself 2 times for me because I didn't understand her because she was talking super fast. I let her take 2phone calls while I was on the phone with her and waited my turn. I asked her very nicely to repeat a little slower the veggies they use and she replied, very rudely "I repeated 2times for you!" I said to her I am a customer buying something from you she interupted me and said, " We don't sell to you!" And hung up on me. I called back 10mins later to talk to a manager. It rang 5tims and a man answered, I asked to talk to a manager. He replied, "everybody here is manager! I am to busy!" And hung up. I work at a school and I will be sure to tell EVERYONE NEVER TO COME HERE. Costumer service is key to running a business. Why work in a costumer service industry if you have no costumer service skills. Sad part is, is that I was willing to spend good money on their cheap food that probably has MSG in it.
