Taco Bell / KFC — Restaurant in Blue Springs

When we arrived it was 8:22pm. The guy at the counter said they were closing the lobby in a couple of minutes and we would have to get food to go. We asked what time the lobby closed and he said 9pm. We told him...we would be done eating before 9pm...and we wanted to eat there, he WASN'T happy but said ok...when our food was presented it was sacked up to go. ALL the tables were dirty and full of trash...the floor was covered with trash, we cleared a table and cleaned it. I had ordered the Rattle Snake Steak burritos (2). The first one hardly had any meat...but an abundance of peppers...so I'm thinking...yeah...I'm not digging this...but hey I took a shot, the second burrito was much better. When it was time to leave, I asked to speak to the Mgr. but he pretty much blew me off even though I was very polite. This particular Taco Bell is going down hill fast...this was the most disappointing visit to a Taco Bell that I've ever had. My wife and I started dating in 1977...and Taco Bell was our Friday go to place....so this was the worst in the past 42 years. I must ALSO add..we left at 8:46pm...and they locked the door as soon as we exited...8:46pm...is NOT 9pm...the folks walking up had to...

I have had nothing but constant issues with this Taco Bell/KFC location. I only go here because its the closest one to my house. There was a night I had ordered a quesadilla and was waiting in the drive thru for 10-15 minutes, and once I got to the window, the guy had informed me they didn't have anymore of the meat I had wanted in the quesadilla.

Another awful experience I have had here was, my friends and I had gone inside to order food and the computer screen or register had crashed and they said it would take an hour before they were able to get it back up. (Which I can understand) But they had us standing there for 10 minutes before they had even said anything about it being an hour, then expected us to drive through the drive thru to do our order, So we just went next door to Subway.

Then tonight, was a bad experience also. I had a really simple order, Chicken quesadilla, a taco salad, and two double decker tacos with no lettuce, What do they do? They didn't put my chicken quesadilla in the bag and put lettuce on my double deckers.

Hopefully they straighten...

Driving through KC on the interstate and pulled into this Taco Bell on 9/15 at 8:44 pm. Door says lobby closes at 9. NINE other customers were standing outside the doors which were already locked. We all stood there confused for a couple of minutes. People inside were eating and we saw staff. They stared back at us for a while. We went back to our car to leave and they opened the door. Evidently all the other customers came to the conclusion we did (this is a TB full of crappy employees who don't care so the food will be terrible) because literally everyone left. If I were the owner of this franchise I would think long and hard about the manager and employees working this shift. Those franchise fees are not cheap and while our $38.50 won't bankrupt you, the other groups took their money somewhere else. If we were local you can bet we'd never be back. The Chick fil A that got our money doesn't likely pay their employees better, or much better. But they clearly screen and train and have...
