About a year ago I found Audio Extreme. Being a transplanted Tennessee boy I didn't know where to go. I live in Greenville Pa. Not a lot of local options. I went in to get a new deck for my truck. That's when I met Rob and his crew. They went so far and above I couldn't even begin to say enough. On top of that the price was literally unbelievable for the deck and all they had to do.....which was plenty extra....my wiring was a disaster. But they sent me on my way rocking out to some Jason Aldean and beyond a satisfied customer.

Sadly, my truck could not take the beating of an Ohio deer at 70 mph. I stopped by this past Saturday. It was late in the day. I was just going to buy a dash kit and accessories to put my stereo in my new truck myself. I didn't want to inconvenience them at the end of a busy day on a weekend. Just as I was getting out of my truck Rob and his family were pulling in. Before he ever got out of the truck he waved and smiled. I told him what I came in for and we went in and he took care of me. He asked if I wanted him to install it and i said no, I know it's late and you all are busy. He said no, were good. Well, as usual, my simple stereo swap had issues. I instantly felt bad. Rob never missed a beat. Kept smiling and got the job done. Once again, when I got the bill I was like, hey, that's not enough. He said yep, that's the price. It was ridiculous. I don't know how they do it.

But here's the kicker and why I refuse to go anywhere else.....When all was said and done I found out it was Rob's day off! They just stopped in to say hi to his dad, Bob. Who by the way is very cool too.

Rob is not only excellent at what he does and is incredible at customer service, he's one of the nicest, most decent people I've met up here. If you want top quality service at crazy affordable prices, well Audio Extreme is the only place you need to go to. It's a great business with a great team an ex great products.

Absolutely phenomenal company and staff. I have a 2015 Nissan Sentra and the radio continuously shut on/off no matter what I did. All my Google searches led me to discover that hundreds and hundreds of Nissan owners experience the same thing. Nissan wants $3,000 to replace the radio, and Nissan can't guarantee that it'll last for even a year.

The employees at Audio Extreme were with me on how that cost asked by Nissan was just not worth it, and one told me about how he's seen similar issues in many other Nissans. So they were knowledgeable about the car and the specific issue, which made me happy to hear and trust them.

They recommended the pictured Alpine radio for me, installed it quickly that day and it works perfect. I have zero issues with the radio shutting on/off, it starts up right away and works flawlessly. Additionally, they were able to keep every single steering wheel control and the backup camera, plus there's extra features most stock radios simply don't have.

I couldn't be more happy with my purchase, the service and the overall experience. If I require or want any audio related upgrades to my car, I'm going right back to them. Wonderful business, can't thank them enough for ending my misery of jamming out to music, then having it abruptly cut out. Now I get a cleaner sound with extra features and have no complaints....

the only reason they get 1 star is because I couldn't go lower.... I called in to get a estimate and tried to get knowledge on what I needed and was met with a rude Man who tried to rip me off ... had he talked to me with some sense I probably would have gave him the money...smh (which made me do my research) I told him I had a Chevy Avalanche and wanted 2 twelves and he told me the box alone would cost 1000k because he had to build it. ( which I still was seeking their services) but he said it as if I could not afford it and told me while I was asking questions that he was extremely busy and me still being nice I said I understand that's why I'm calling to get an appt., long story short I went on Amazon and seen that they had speaker boxes pre made for my vehicle ranging from 200- 400 dollars.. it's a shame because I wanted to keep the money in my city but luckily I found a honest shop in Niles Ohio to do it with AMAZING customer service......Wait!!!! I have 1 good thing to say... the first guy who answered was very nice he sound younger then the older mean guy that got on to disrespect a customer...
