I purchased a bedroom set (cash & carry). They allow me to see the set In the storage outback. That was fine! Once I receive the bed, it smell horrible. I cleaned the bed on several occasion just to get the smell out. The rails broke after I applied new mattresses on the bed. The manager did send 2 guys out to fix the rails. Well the rails broke again while my daughter was sleeping in her bed. I called the manager, he ordered new rails and said he would send someone out to look and try to fix the bed, that never happened. 1 week later the bed is still on the floor. I have called and went to the store, the staff is telling me the same story, they will be there TODAY!! This is know way to treat a customer and to build customer relationship or to establish...

This place can't even get a star with me. I would not shop there again and for anyone that is reading the reviews don't do any business with this company. You can tell them not to come to your house or not to at least walk around in your yard because you have dogs that bite. They still do want they want like they own your yard. This guy I have told him to not walk around in my yard twice and he still does it. So yesterday I am down at my barn and this jackass walk to the back side of my house petting one of my dogs that I let run loses that I know she will not bite. This place has made it a bad experience to rent anything being it was my first time renting anything. I picked out what I wanted & couldn't be home for a delivery so a date hadn't been made. So they sell/rent MY bedroom set to someone else, even though I done paid a month on it. We'll then the manager decided to order a brand new bedroom set (which I absolutely hate) and so I dealt with it. However, I wouldn't recommend this store in this town.
