We usually try to shop local and fooddepot has good prices on most items. Im not one to normally complain, I work in customer service myself so I understand some days can be trying. Unfortunately not all of their cashiers have mastered the art of customer service. They will talk about you in a very derogatory manner while your standing there. They do not treat the customers with respect at all, they act like customers are a problem because now they have to do their actual job. Then they move on to Facebook to slander and antagonize a fight after any confrontation. I wont be spending anymore money there, nor will my family. I hope in the future they will hold their employees to some type...

THE REASON WHY I GAVE THEM 2 STAR'S IS THE FACT THAT WHILE YOU ARE SHOPPING EVERYTHING IS MARKED WITH ONE PRICE , BUT WHEN YOU GET TO THE CHECK OUT , THEY ADD A CERTAIN PERCENTAGE TO YOUR PERCHANCE'S , I ONCE ASKED A MANGER WHY DID THEY DO THIS , AND HE TREATED ME LIKE A MUSHROOM AND TRYED KEEPING IN THE DARK AND FEEDING ME A LINE OF BULLS☆☆T , BY TELLING ME THAT IT KEEPS THEIR COMPETITION , FROM BEATING THEIR PRICES , IT DOESN'T TAKE A ROCKET SCIENTIST TO FIGURE OUT HOW TO BEAT THEIR PRICES , WITCH ON QUITE A FEW OF THEIR ITEM'S , CAN BE PURCHASED AT WAL-MART , DOLLAR GENERAL , OR DOLLAR TREE , A LOT...

Horrible...on 4/21/18 Store wouldn't honor 1.48 on Quaker Oaks cereal...told us the only way we were to get it for that price we had to use the coupon.After using the $3 off coupon the cereal wasn't ringing up for 1.48. Cashier was really rude and both on duty managers agreeded to her statement. I shop there alot and knew it wasn't true! Ended up being overcharged $36 and returning the cereal. Very disappointed...asked for the home office number and the mamager stated that they didn't have one... God will take care of them but I feel sorry for the elderly and the people who can't read or comprehend...
