Offended by the tone of the men's restroom signageâpoor customer service image.
As a paying customer, I found the signage inside the restroom at this REBEL location deeply disappointing and offensive. One sign politely asks customers to inform the cashier if the restroom needs attentionâwhich is reasonable. But right above it is a far more aggressive sign threatening to permanently close the restroom due to a few people leaving it dirty.
This kind of message reflects very poor customer service and sends a disrespectful signal to customers who behave responsibly. Itâs inappropriate to penalize or shame all patrons because of a few inconsiderate individuals.
If this is how management views its customer base, Iâd encourage people to visit another gas station nearby where respectful customers are actually respected.

The new Rebel rewards system is not very user friendly. Need 2 different rewards cards for gas and snacks. Usually I become so frustrated I just give up.

I went and got the older gentleman from the cooler and he came out and rang up the 4-5 customers in front of me while she told him she needed to leave and go home. Apparently he wasn't even punched in and covered for her and gave me a free big drink because you can't redeem items yet on the app. This gentleman saved the review from being a 1 * review.
