I recently had the pleasure of indulging in the pepperoni pizza from my favorite local pizzeria Rosatis, and let me tell you, it was a true slice of heaven.
Crust: The crust was perfectly golden-brown, with a delightful crunch on the outside and a soft, chewy interior. It provided an excellent foundation for the toppings without overwhelming the overall experience.
Sauce: The tomato sauce was robust and tangy, with just the right balance of sweetness and acidity. It complemented the other flavors beautifully and added a satisfying depth to each bite.
Cheese: The blend of mozzarella and cheddar cheese was a masterstroke. It created a gooey, stringy texture that stretched gloriously with each mouthwatering pull. The cheese-to-topping ratio was spot on, ensuring every bite had that perfect cheesy goodness.
Toppings: Ah, the star of the show – the pepperoni. Generously scattered across the pizza, the pepperoni slices were perfectly crisp around the edges, releasing a burst of spicy, savory flavor with each bite. The thin slices allowed the flavors to mingle harmoniously, creating a symphony of taste that left me craving for more.
Presentation: The pizza was a work of art, adorned with a mosaic of pepperoni slices that looked like a savory masterpiece. The colors were vibrant, and the aroma was irresistible, making it almost too beautiful to devour.
The pepperoni pizza was a true triumph in the world of pizza craftsmanship. It showcased a perfect balance of flavors and textures, making it a memorable experience for any pizza enthusiast. It's safe to say that this pizzeria has mastered the art of creating a pizza that's a cut above the rest.

Read moreAfter a long and hard week at work I wanted to treat myself to a nice hot pizza. So I googled "pizza" and Rosatis popped up with 4 stars. After spending almost $30 for one pizza I thought I was in for a treat. The pizza must be from heaven! When I came to pick up my pizza they forgot to add the jalapeños. When I kindly voiced my concern the girl cashier was rude and said it wasn't on the order and that if I wanted them I would have to pay extra. My jaw dropped in astonishment. After explaining to her that I ordered jalapeños and this was unfair, she shoved them in a small plastic container and slid them towards me. I couldn't believe it. From that point on I felt like she just wanted me out of her store. I tried to ask her if I could use a coupon that I found and she just kept ignoring me. I felt sub-human in front of her. I gave up. I paid $30 for an incomplete pizza from an incomplete person. As I was grabbing my food, tho, she handed me two free two liters of coke because of the misunderstanding. I really did appreciate it. I wasn't going to take it but she insisted so I did. It was a nice gesture, but was all that arguing and ignorance necessary? If you want to win your customers, win them from the start. First impressions are lasting impressions. I don't think I'll be coming back here...
