Taqueria Coral Mexicana — Restaurant in Bolingbrook

Hello, I have been going to this restaurant for years.. Unfortunately I'm very upset about the service I received today. The prices went up and I got less meat.. But that wasn't the real problem.. I was with 2 others and the server accused us of stealing..We tried calling the restaurant trying to reach the owner.. The lady answered the phone (server ) and hung up on us... Iwe are very upset and want tto talk to the owner. We were so insulted that we couldn't believe what she was telling us. Oh and by the way while she is accusing us of stealing, there were customers eating in.. how humiliating this horrible experience was. She also mentioned that the owner told her to tell us that we were stealing.. We were a group of three...My friend was soo furious that she took all her money out of her purse and showed her the money..In other words we have money we don't need to STEAL. As we were ready to go, I asked for a to go box..She instead gave me aluminum foil to wrap up my left over food and told me I can't take my food to go..At this point we were all trying to keep our cool. I replied to her and said I payed for my food and if I want to take my left overs I'm entitled to that.. Im sorry but this was the worst experience of our lives. We were embarrassed, humiliated, and accused of such a thing..I expect to hear from the owner. WE ARE...

I just had the worst experience ever! I made an order over the phone and the lady was rude to me the whole time I was placing my order. I even had to ask her if she was alright! She then went on to tell me how she was having such a bad day because she had to do way too much work! As I was leaving out after getting my food, I was holding the door open for my friend, and the older cook in the back kept yelling at me to close the door because I was letting the air out and proceeded to call me stupid! I called after I left and asked for a manager but was told that there was no manager in! I then asked to speak to the man who called me stupid and instead I was hung up on. My family has been coming to this place even before it was a Tequeria - it also used to be a Panadería back in the day. Years have passed and we moved away so today, i was around the neighborhood and decided to stop by and have lunch there. The food was just as good if not better than I remembered. I asked the cashier if they still made their home made Tortillas and they do! But only serve it with their quesadillas - that's what I ordered and it was delicious! The Taqueria has dine in available and they placed sanitizet sprays so you can sanitize your table before and after you eat there. Staff if super friendly. I am so glad I stopped by and next time I'm in town, will definitely stop...
