I am writing on this to describe my horrible experience at this pizza. I ordered on the phone two of the Pizza Hut boxes with the meat lovers melts when I got home and opened up my box to my surprise there was absolutely no meat and when I called to have them rectify this over the phone, they told me that they were too busy at this point so the best case they could do is give me credit From there, I said I was willing to wait for them to make them in time and whether it took an hour or two I was willing to wait again I was told they were too busy and didn’t have time to make them there. I drove to the location entered, show them my receipt, and I was told by the general manager John that there is nothing they can do for me because they somehow believe that I requested meat lovers minus all the meat , which makes absolutely no freaking sense when I said fine either I want my money back or a credit. His response was I’m not giving you nothing and that’s it. That’s all so from there I left ordered items on the counter. Walked out when I walked back in to ask for his name and number, and if he could write down exactly what he said, he was no I will not. He wrote his name and his number. This was a beyond horrible experience This Pizza Hut they always have issues answering the phone there’s nobody ever in there half the time they give you approximate time and never comes out. They say 20 minutes you’re at least waiting 4045 a horrible experience. I will never go to this Pizza Hut again in my life to anyone who reads this, I suggest you do the same. Read moreOn June 4th I placed an online order for pizza and wings & breadsticks (breadsticks were free using a birthday coupon). When we go for pick up- they don't have the wings. Okay, thats fine- I no longer want the order. Please cancel & just give me the breadsticks. The young lady says she cancelled the order. I wait a couple of days and the pending charge was never reversed. I call the restaurant and the worker literally says they can't do anything about it because they can't see any order history- which sounds like a blatant lie. But I reach out to corporate online- and they apparently don't have access to any records because they ask me a million questions instead of asking me the order number and store number and pulling the history. And then they tell me wait 2-3 days to hear back from the store manager. It has been 6 days and I haven't heard from anyone. I paid for food I did not receive. Its ridiculous that its this hard to get MY money back when you guys did not...
Read moreIt’s just worst experience what I ever had with pizza sore. I ordered pizza for my guests, waited 45 minutes instead of 25 what they promised. Nothing happened. I called 5 times, nobody picked up the phone, I had to leave my store, because my guests, ( little girl and 15 more toddlers) were hungry and waited for pizza. I came by myself, the crazy lady who can not control herself and her emotions started yelling on me, and screaming that she has to work at the weekend and they have no delivery drivers. I said ok, I can pick up pizza by myself, but nobody started making pizza what I ordered 45 minutes ago!!! That’s ridiculous! If you have problems with delivery drivers/ cooks/ ovens-you need call and say your customers that they will not get any service from you! Or at least pick up the phone! It’s absolutely ridiculous and not appropriate! Never again! And I will tell this horrible situation ALL my friends and customers who used to order pizza...
