After about a month of enjoying the enhanced audio system installed by Audio ZOO, I've encountered a significant issue: the subwoofers stopped working. Despite the initial high quality and craftsmanship of their work, this development is concerning, especially given the relatively short time span of usage and the moderate volume at which I played my music.I have scheduled a service appointment to address this issue. However, the conversation with the staff suggested that the repairs might be out-of-pocket due to alleged misuse. This is disappointing, as the equipment was promoted as being high-quality and capable of handling powerful output. I was assured during the installation that the subs installed in my truck were exceptionally robust, as evidenced by their audibility from the furthest bay from the showroom.I will update this review once the system has been evaluated and the service appointment has concluded to provide further insights into how Audio ZOO handles such issues.I recommend that future customers insist on clear terms and guarantees regarding the durability and usage of the equipment installed. While my initial review was positive, this recent experience has highlighted a potential area of concern regarding the longevity and reliability of their products.
Original I recently had the pleasure of upgrading the audio system in my 2014 GMC 1500 with Audio ZOO, where the team’s knowledge and dedication truly stood out, delivering a tailor-made system that brought my vision of deep, clean bass to life. Despite facing a last-minute hiccup that required switching to a prefabricated sub box and opting out of window tinting due to a misunderstanding and additional costs, the quality of the audio transformation has made every journey in my vehicle a remarkable experience.
The investment, while initially higher than anticipated at $2627, has proven its worth through the sheer quality and craftsmanship of their work. One aspect I hope to see in the future is the introduction of a military discount, as it would express appreciation for service members and veterans, aligning with practices seen in other service industries. This would not only enhance their commendable customer service but also provide a tangible thank you to those who have served.
To those planning vehicle modifications, I recommend a thorough walkthrough and a printed description of the planned installations to ensure complete clarity. Overall, my recommendation for Audio ZOO remains highly positive for anyone looking to elevate their vehicle’s audio system, assured by their professionalism and the exceptional outcome...

❗️❗️BUYERS BEWARE❗️❗️ Do not take your vehicle to Audio Zoo They installed a $4,500 sound system in my brand new truck 2024 Chevy 3500. The sound system was never working properly. Took the truck back the first few days after having it installed and left the truck there with them all day to see what was the issue with the sound system. they told me to spend more money and then it would work fine. That I was just playing the music to loud❗️ 29 days after having the system installed and haven taken it back and they said nothing was wrong. A fire 🔥 broke out in my back seat with 2 foot high flames! thank god there wasn’t anyone in the truck and we weren’t driving because I wouldn’t have been able to put out the fire. It been 3 weeks since the fire. The owner of audio zoo doesn’t even want to claim the blame or claim it on his business insurance.
Haven’t heard a sorry either only thing I’ve heard is I was playing my 4500$ sound system too loud.
awful business they should be shut down they could have have killed me or my kids or the men that work for me ❗️ They want me to bring the truck back so they can cover up whatever they did wrong. Now I’m stuck with claiming it on my insurance! No radio , no hands free calling, must ride with the windows down because the smell is so bad from all the smoke damage.

Read moreI can’t say enough good things about these guys in the ZOO! I took my recently purchased 2023 Toyota Tacoma into the Audio Zoo back in Warner Robins in January of this year to get an estimate on a new stereo system. Kevin and Jason were great! I have read a few negative reviews about the service and this makes me wonder if these unhappy customers wouldn’t know incredible customer service if it hit them right between the eyes! This place is super busy and these guys do their best to wait on people as quickly as they can. Be patient and you’ll be glad you did. Kevin and Jason recommended a JVC KW-V960BW head unit with Kenwood Excelon KFC-XP6902C component speakers for the front speakers. This also came with new tweeters to replace the factory ones. For the back speakers they installed Kenwood Excelon KFC–X174 for the rear speakers. They installed a DD Design LE-508D 8” ported sub powered by a Rockford Fosgate R2-750X5 750 watt 5-Channel amp. This system sounds great. I am 100% pleased. Kevin is by far the installation czar and Jason knows his business! Thanks for all the great service and help guys. Don’t waste your time and go somewhere else for your sound system. Oh yeah, they are installing fog lights on my truck...
