The salesperson was nice enough, but I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and the price for it, so there was a lot of ābut online, itās showing this price,ā before we got that worked out. Chose the phone, and then it was as dead as a door nail when he opened the box, so he put it on the charger. Then, it wouldnāt connect to the storeās Wi-Fi and he had to cycle through a few before it finally connected to one. Then it had to update to the latest IOS, which it initially quoted 11 hours before he had to finagle another Wi-Fi connection.
I was the only customer in there and his co-workers could tell he was having issues, but they just sat there and ignored him while he floundered. Occasionally the manager would walk over and help, but she was mostly hands off. For instance, during the Wi-Fi situation, he literally asked, āIs something wrong with our Wi-Fi?ā to two female coworkers that were on their phones and one responded, āI dunno,ā without taking her eyes off her phone or saying anything else.
After the phone finally connected to the storeās primary Wi-Fi, it wouldnāt update until the phone was charged to 50% so I was basically stuck on my old phone waiting for 45-60 minutes for that alone. Update complete, backup transferred to new phone, but itās still not working. The SIM card is junk. He replaces it and FINALLY the darn thing works. Next after promising me that itāll still allow my fingerprint to be scanned, we find out 10 minutes into him attempting to find it that iPhone doesnāt do that anymore (I upgraded from an iPhone 6s, Iām not someone who has to have the latest and greatest, so I had no ideaā¦.and neither did he apparently).
I walked in at 2:10, walked out with purchase complete at 4:30. I wish I was lying. The sales guy was nice enough and I could tell he felt bad about basically everything being a huge garbage fire, and I tried to be as patient as possible, but I really would have enjoyed my Friday afternoon not sitting in...

I know that not everyone is but when you work for somebody else, and you are the face of their company, the only one thatās there. You should be delighted as well and wanting to be helpful this young lady whose name(Dominique) I found out after I had someone pretend to call to ask about service because in the store she did not give me her name nor does she want to help Immediately. I asked her about the advertisement that was going on. She did say yes thatās going on. I can help in such a bland way then she asked me if my address was correct on my license. I said no instead of asking me or saying OK Iām ready. Can I have it? She just stared at me expecting me to know when she was ready to take the number down After that I had enough. I simply asked her. Are you OK? Are you sure she didnāt say anything so after no response, I grabbed my license and I said donāt worry about it sweetheart. You have a great day and as I got up and walked out, she said you have a great day and I said I always do be blessed. I stay in the car and I googled the number to the store. Iāve called several times. No one picked up. I was looking for a supervisor or someone over her. Of course I knew I wouldnāt get the address. I even went to as far as contacting the Perry store it is 11 oāclock. I have been calling since 1030 also no reply there. I then had a coworker call into the store asking them about the advertisement. She said her name so fast that the person again said Iām sorry I didnāt catch your name that is how I got her name and then my coworker asked her is there a manager around because I have some issues she said I am the manager after that we just hung up and I decided to make a review on here instead and pray that she gets better trained or yet fired because you...

Walked away to assist another customer and never followed up to see if things were fixed. Another assistant Katie stepped in to help but did not get account fixed either. Left store with more issues than when I walked in. Michael said he was a manager and never stepped in to help. Had to call Loyalty department which I have had to do for several months. Was on phone for 6 hours with 10 different techs. With no resolution. Spent another 5 hours on the phone following day to finally get techs Daivd and Ryan from Texas to help fix my account. They have helped more than this store has. David is following up with things ordered to fix past issues, that your store never tried to do. So as for AT&T, you need to train your store better and have customers leave pleased with services you provided. Will be looking into...
