At around 8:30 pm today I had a sweet tooth and went to your store to purchase some cookies, a brownie, milkshake and ice cream for me and others. I asked the server, Samantha L (on receipt) if I could have the brownie towards the glass since it looked the least dried out. Samantha tells me that she couldn’t give me that one and could only give me the ones toward the back closer to her. I then ask for the one to the back left which was next to the one she was about to give me and she tells me she couldn’t give me that one either. I asked “why did it matter which one if I’m a paying customer” and she tells me she has to get the ones from the back row which are fresher. When we get to the cookies, they were stacked on top of one another in two layers. I asked did it matter which cookie she gives me and she says she has to get the ones from the row closest to her. I ask her again why wouldn’t I be able to get the one I want if I am a paying customer and I want the one that looks the best. She tells me that’s their policy. I’ve never been to a place that wouldn’t let you choose which item you are purchasing whether it be food, clothing, electronics, etc. Seems like a stupid policy if it even is one. The girl did not budge and cared nothing about customer satisfaction. If I’m paying $26.05 for two cookies, a brownie, a small ice cream and milkshake, I should be able to get whichever one I want! Read moreI love this place and the cookies but yesterday night i went around 9:25 on friday february 14th there were 3 employees working 1 who was not helping out customers and rolling dough it looked like. There was another female and a man working. The man was very helpful, and was trying his best to get to all the customers as for the other lady with the braid in her hair she started taking her order then just walked away and never came back in which we didn’t get helped until the man was done helping the other costumer then helped us out. The female with the braid made our milkshake and took almost 10 mins to make a small gave us the shake and we proceeded to ask for cookies but she ignored us and walked away to begin cleaning up as another customer was standing by cooking waiting as well she never helped him finish taking our order or cashed us out. Everybody had to wait on the gentlemen working to even get help bc the 2 females working was not helping at all. Read moreThe only reading I have 2 stars is because the worker that messed up my daughter's graduation cake was nice and apologized of it weren't for her I would have given 1. The manager was rude and argued with me. I showed up an hour after if was supposed to be ready to get the wrong graduation cake right before the party the worker made it right but the manager was rude and argued whether and said heat would make my balloons left in my car while I waited for them to make the correct cake better when I was told he would pop them. The worker tried to give me both cakes for my inconvenience but the manager I believe Tammy said absolutely not we will use that one for slices. I will not be using them for cookie cakes anymore with a $50 priced cookie I can get better customer service elsewhere. Money is hard to come by these days please talk with your managers about...
