Waffle House — Restaurant in Warner Robins

This was the best Waffle House experience ever! The staff in this Warner Robin's, GA Waffle House were so friendly, we got a big welcome as soon as we entered. We were told about the wait time for a booth and was directed to the counter for what the employee called "The Express Lane". LOL! Our server came over immediately with a big, genuine smile to take our order. We received our food the quickest that I've ever had happen! While I ate, I watched the staff. They interacted well with each other in a fast-paced environment. They weren't tripping and running into each other. Orders were being called and directed for pickup in the most efficient way so there was no confusion. While all this was going on, I noticed that the floor didnt have dropped food and trash. My regular Waffle House in my city allows for dropped food, food waste and trash to lay on the floor as they just step over it and keep moving. The other thing that I noticed was that the waffle irons weren't messy and caked up with batter from over filling them. They were all clean on the outside. Definitely not what I'm used to seeing in other Waffle House restaurants. This staff had so much energy, professionalism and positive vibes that I believe other employees should be sent there to train. This location is the best!! I have eaten in many restaurants, and a lot of those establishments have been a Waffle House. It's much more enjoyable than some fancy place with $29.00 sandwiches.

The friendliness of this place was nice to see and experience. The food was as good as if I made the egg sandwich in my own kitchen.

The facilities are a tad bit worn, but all is well maintained and clean.

I knew my server was experienced, but it was stunning to learn that she has worked with Waffle House for forty years. She hustles like it's just the way she has always worked. I felt like my Momma was bringing me my breakfast.

The cook even slowed down to refill my coffee. I have NEVER EVER seen this level of team work in another Waffle House.

I am going to be in the area off and on for a few days....and will definitely come back for another scrambled eggs and bacon sandwich on toast.

It is nice to see there are just plain decent people in the world. I also briefly spoke with the manager, and it easily shows he is a 'real deal' kind of person and appreciates his co-workers as people and not just an answer to his problems.

The best WAFFLE HOUSE in Central Georgia. We went last Tuesday during the first shift and had the best breakfast eating out ever in Georgia. Krystal our waitress was genuinely the best. She needs to go onto business training waiters and waitresses in Central GA. The male young manager had the best people hospitable spirit we have ever seen. We go out a lot and I have traveled extensively throughout the country and these two people right here know how to turn up the notch and deliver. The manager offered us complimentary grits. I like grits but my husband was not. Well that all change that day. We can only eat grits there with that shift. THANK YOU WAFFLE HOUSE for the professional home environment experience! Breakfast was perfect and on point. Rochelle and Ms. Francis are wonderful as well! Our only observation is that outside appearance and cleanliness counts too.
