We’ve had Destiny for our kids graduation pictures and she did a good job. We were really happy. Then my niece, who is friends with Destiny, got married and Destiny was taking photos for the wedding. I’m just incredibly disappointed. When she arrived she immediately started complaining about many things. The groom’s aunt does pro wedding cakes and was setting up and Destiny was incredibly rude to her. It was so unprofessional. She took photos during the ceremony and afterwards yelled “if anyone wants pics with the bride and groom line up”. She took ALL of the photos from 1 spot. We have a gorgeous backyard. She didn’t line people up. A couple groomsmen and ushers are standing a foot or two away from the group shot. She never told anyone to move over or anything. She has it in her contract that it’s not her responsibility. But isn’t it? Wouldn’t you expect a wedding photographer to do that? As soon as the food was set up she ate and then said it’s too hot, she’s leaving and people can just take pics with their iPhones. What??? I know it was hot. So take a break in the house. Give the hot camera a break. But to up and walk out without giving us the option to hire a photographer who would have captured photos of the head table, the bride and grooms first dance, the father/daughter and mother/groom dance, a dance with their 4 small children, and many more special moments that only come ONCE!! I’m so upset and angry. Why would a professional photographer do this, let alone a professional photographer that is also a friend.
