I have had a wonderful relationship ordering from Lisa for as long as I can remember. On Friday May 9th I called and ordered a Mothers day arrangement to be delivered for Mothers day. They asked if Saturday would be ok. I agreed, paid, and then NOTHING... NO FLOWERS ON SATURDAY... NO ONE ANSWERING THE PHONES OR RETURNING MESSAGES, MOTHERS DAY, STILL NO FLOWERS... I CALLED AND LEFT MULTIPLE MESSAGES ON MONDAY. I EVEN WARNED IN A MESSAGE THAT IF I DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL BACK, THAT I WOULD BE REVIEWING THEM UNSATISFACTORY. AS A GOOGLE LOCAL GUIDE IT WAS MY PLEASURE TO DIRECT PEOPLE TO LISA'S, BUT NOW THAT THERE IS NEW OWNERSHIP. I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU TO SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEPLACE ELSE. ALL ASPECTS OF MY EXPERIENCE WITH THEM WAS LESS THAN 0 STARS. SAVE YOURSELF, AND YOUR LOVED ONES THE HEARTACHE, HEADACHE, AND TROUBLE BY JUST SHOPPING ELSEWHERE. So precious and sweet is this lovely lady. She had so much patience and explained everything to my stepmother and I while we had the painful task of choosing a spray of flowers that will adorn my father's casket. Extremely knowledgeable and kindly offered suggestions that would embellish and enhance the piece of art that she will be creating for us. She was so attentive to our needs that she actually made a difficult task quite enjoyable and soothing to do. Will be looking forward to the final result and try to post it to her site. I could not recommend anyone other than Lisa's shop to due your flowers for a special occasion. Definitely a 10 star...
