First time here for a late lunch. A number of Friday fish specials are offered. Waitress suggested the Blue Gill, local fish. The plate was full of under cooked french fries, a half slice of dried out marble bread & 3 pieces of fish. My husband said the fish looked like 3 potato chips. Ridiculous that they served this. Waitress offered to re do the plate with perch. Perch was good, fries were cooked & 2 half slices of dill bread was very good. My husband's half-pound burger was tasteless, no seasoning and closer to a third-pound in size. He was going to share my fries so opted not to order any. Burger served with pickles only. Read moreWent on a Sunday and had their all you can eat chicken. Loved the salad bar and cheese and crackers which came with the all you can eat deal. Also, best cranberry sauce ever, if jars would have been available to buy I would have got some. Sides and dinner rolls great! Also, I liked that the meal was served by the plate & that left overs home from the first plate can be taken home - I couldn't finish all the chicken & I don't like to waste. Probably will go back again if in the area, kind of a half diner, half WI supper club feel to it. Also, the meal itself had all of what I consider a good Thanksgiving meal, but without the work of all the home mades making...

My issue was not with the slow service but with the conditions, given the current pandemic situation. There was no social distancing whatsoever (it was our choice to stay and dine, so ok) and there were condiments left on the tables that were not sanitized or wiped down in any way between customers. The tables were cleaned off with windex. Again, no sanitizing that I could see. Nobody wore a mask. The waitresses were very busy so again, it’s not the service I took issue with but the sanitation efforts (or...
