The Mill is definitely a gem. It's a business that you wish was closer to your own home so you could visit more often. Bonduelians are very lucky to have The Mill.
Starting with the coffee, it's delightful. They have everything from a rich cup of black coffee to coffee cocktails and everything in between. If you don't see it on the board, I'm sure they can make it. The baristas know what they're doing.
The food - at first glance it seems very simple, at first bite you can taste the love that went into making it.
The shop - they have such cute items for sale from cards to clothes to cutting boards.
The service- If you'd like to walk into a coffee shop and be treated as if you're a regular from the moment you walk in the door, this might be your place.
Last but not least, the atmosphere- you have to go back at least a few times to really appreciate it. What the owners have done with this space is truly remarkable. It's airy, yet cozy, with small nooks to curl up in, or tables to work at, or couches to converse with others, or grab a seat at the edge of the balcony upstairs and people watch. Whichever you choose, I urge you to look around!

Read moreI just came for the smells and left with a warm heart, smile on my face and happy tummy. I am often nervous about coffee shop stops because the coffee is too strong and upsets my tummy, not at the Mill! When I mentioned this to the young barista she made a suggestion to soften the tummy effects. She was spot on with her recommendation and her coffee creation for me. Next time I hope to try a tasty treat from their mouthwatering menu. The unique structure is a site to see, a true labor of love by the owners, with a treasure to find around every corner. The new patio area is gorgeous perfection. The owner is as funny and authentic in person as she is in her heartfelt posts about her family and coffee shop visitors which will keep me coming back. The Mill Bonduel is a destination you don’t...
Read moreI heard that there was an adorable new coffee shop in Bonduel, and I had to see it for myself because I'm passionate about historic preservation and restoration. My first stop at The Mill was about a month ago after a walk on the Navarino Trail, and most residents of Bonduel were heading out of town to watch the Bears in football playoffs. I just wanted to see this place, but I bought a blueberry muffin, which was so yummy. I wanted to return today to see the giant Christmas tree and take a few pictures (and get a few more muffins), and I can tell why this place is so popular. I've heard Bonduel is getting cute, and The Mill is just so beautiful. I hope more businesses open in that little city. The Mill is a must-stop whenever I'm...
