Hands down the best gym in the area! The equipment selection is top-tier and super unique — you can tell it’s been curated by people who know their stuff. I love the sauna and cold plunge combo after a workout — makes recovery feel next level. The facility is always clean, the vibe is welcoming, and the staff are not only friendly but genuinely helpful. Whether you’re new to the gym or a regular, this place has everything you need.

They’ve got a women’s only room which is a huge plus for added privacy and comfort, tanning beds for those who like to keep a glow year-round, and a hydro massage station that feels like a reward after a tough session. On top of that, it’s family friendly, so you can bring the whole crew. No “Lunk Alarm,” just real fitness with real people.

This is a phenomenal gym! I had the opportunity to visit this gym and meet the owners. There are no other gyms in the area with a sauna or cold plunge, so it puts this gym at the TOP of the list for physical and mental health needs.

Before signing up, I spent 3 hours in this gym checking out all of the amenities they had to offer.
