Horrible experience , an employee who might have been the manager working Wednesday night was following everyone in the store , behind every person she would speak on her radio “check camera #3 check the cameras “ kind of trying to intimidate us , trying to suggest we were shop lifting which of course we had no intention of doing . My family and I observed and heard these actions with the at least 7 shoppers that were there tonight and of course she did it to us ,”repeating check the cameras” and checking our every move . After we proceed to check out she said right behind us on her radio “ok everything is clear it’s all good now “ because we were leaving , so then when we walked out the store another customer behind us leaving as well stated that she felt she was been followed by the employee and that the employee was also suggesting they check the cameras . So final experience we all felt like we were being followed and insinuated we were all shop lifting . This is very wrong and we understand theft is big anywhere in the country but if they really believe someone is stealing they should approach the individual directly instead of stalking the customer and making us feel uncomfortable because with that nasty attitude , sales at this store will be down the...

Store has great items and if you have the time to look thru the racks you can really find a great buy... The drawback is the clothes are not sized correctly so if you don't see your size look in all sizes because it's probably mixed in..as had been the case everytime I've shopped here.. also checking out isn't that pleasant besides long waits the cashier ringing you out usually seems unhappy.. today was frustrating because the young man who waited on me was horrible, he could not speak good English which if you work with people in customer services you really need to be able to speak English,he was rude and I was so upset but I will say the woman who I assume was the manager was so awesome I had to find her myself in the store and she immediately came up front assisted me and resolved my issue kudos to her " your employees working there could take lessons from her""" if not for the good deals I would...

My family came back today the second time but it’s last time we will be here and never coming back again. I test and seat on one of the stool and one lady was VERYRUDE, she yelling at me “You can’t seat on it, it’s for sale!” I know it’s for sale that why I have to seat on few minutes to see how I feel and how it’s reacting, I don’t know what wrong with it, she was yelling at customers is stupidest things and she shouldn’t yelling at me as our family have spend lots of money there and part of her pay check are from customers like us. I have talked to Mark, the store manager but he wasn’t apology for the matter, well maybe he has trained his employees to be rude like that and it’s their Stupid way of doing business.
