I have purchased some pvc bar height chairs and some other accessories from Palm Casual for a beach investment property in New Smyrna Beach. I find the Palm Casual staff extremely pleasant to work with and their products and value for the dollar second to none. I say this with years of experience in furnishing the outside areas of several beachfront properties in the area. The workmanship, quality and obvious benefits of pvc in an outdoor Florida setting make this purchase an outstanding investment. Their products are also advantageous in that their sling mesh and cushion seating surfaces can be replaced without replacing the entire furnishings for an economical replacement cost. I also give them kudos when I had to work out a repair solution after an unruly guest damaged one of the chairs.

I am now looking for other bar and dining settings for a few other properties needing patio/deck furnishing replacements and I am already dealing with Danielle at Palm Casual for the furnishing solutions. I find their products well worth the investment over other alternatives to avoid rust and other wear and tear destruction that occurs in the Florida weather. It is also great to have the ability to replace seating areas required from wear and tear or to freshen up or change the look by replacing the sling mesh and cushion seating without replacing the entire furniture pieces.

I am very frustrated with Palm Casual and their complete lack of customer service. When we first came into Palm Casual to look we were told they were running 6-8 weeks to get an order in. I went back less than a week later to place the order and was told it would be 8-10 weeks. Fine. No problem. I understand. 10 weeks come and go and no table and chairs, no phone call, nothing. I call the store and I am told it is now 12 weeks. O.k. fine. 12 weeks come and go and nothing. No phone call, no update. Again, I call them. Should be here anytime they say. They say they will call the manufacturer and inquire and call me that afternoon. They dont call back. Again. Sometime during week 12 they get the chairs. They do not call me to let me know. I call them. They say I will be called on Monday morning and be given a two hour window for delivery of the chairs. They do not do that either. I call them Monday afternoon and they call the delivery driver. Delivery driver calls me and states I'll be there in 30 minutes. Week 13 arrives and still no table. No phone call. No update. I call to inquire they say it didnt come. They dont know why. They will call the manufacturer and call me with an update. Surprise. They dont call me again. It will be at least 14 weeks for the table and...

Not a salesperson but an educator!

Needing new lanai furniture we traveled on Tamiami Trail from Estero to Naples visiting various furniture stores. In each location, we were given the expected sales pitch. However, when we stopped at Palm Casual everything changed. Joe was more interested in hearing about the space we were looking to fill and educating us on various options and the benefits of Sunbrella fabric on all cushions. He spent over an hour answering our questions and showing us various styles of furniture. He then encouraged us to visit other stores and shop around with our newly acquired knowledge, without ever trying to sell us anything. After visiting half a dozen stores we found ourselves back at Palm Casual. Joe was the only person who honestly cared about the furniture choice we were deciding on; even asking to see pictures of our lanai space.
