Certified Jewelers — Local services in Bonita Springs

Brought my 18 K gold bracelet into Certified Jewlers, Green Tree Center, Naples , Florida on Tuesday, February 11,2020. My figure 8 safety lock had fallen off and because it is a very expensive bracelet I figured “better safe than sorry” and have it repaired. Certified Jewelers said $65.00 for a new safety lock for a 14 K and I asked how much for a 18K and it was $10.00 more. So being new to Florida and not knowing where to go I left my bracelet. Was very angry with myself because the price was just ridiculous so I called on February 13 and asked if my jewelry was ready and they said no so I said I’m coming to pick it up and the lady’s response ok there will be no charge. WHAT!!! Took it to Beckner Jewelry very nice small shop and asked extremely nice gentleman asked how much and could he use my lock. Said sure and he told me $40.00 and would be ready in 4 days while Certified was 7 to 9 days. Alan Beckner was listening to whole conversation from his office and said he would be reducing charge to $20.00. BONUS. So moral of story don’t fall for advertising of 50% off and fancy fool you. Buyer beware. Oh and by the way the lock...

I can not believe the experience I had after I explained what I wanted and told to come in they could help me!I had some Jewelry I wasn't sure if I should sell or or put on consignment, give away.I was ignored by the guy I was sent to he never looked at one piece I had ,if I didn't buy it there he really was not interested. He wanted to know what I wanted to sell ,I told him until I know what they were they were worth I couldn't make that decision.He never looked at one peice .I was dismissed! so there add" walk in with gold walk out with cash",Good luck.And he told me there cut was 75%!!!!I went to Providence, I called and telling them the same thing ,what a difference experience! Eric, Josh and Scott were so helpful.I didn't get the ans.I had hoped but they took the time to look at what I had.Still looking to sell some pieces...

Recently, I went back to get my ring resized and even they knew they had nothing to sell to me at that point, they still gladly assisted with my request. I also learned that there is a new section of jewelry within Certified Jewelers which is called Henri Noel Fine Jewelry.
