When I say I wish I could leave zero stars, I mean it completely. By far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Took everything for me not to confront you guys face to face about how worthless excuse of an establishment you are. Its safe to say I wonât be stepping foot in that garbage ever again and Iâll be sure to tell the people in the community to spend there hard earned money somewhere else! By the grace of God and being raised right is the only reason you arenât answering to me in person. Remember that.

The young person told me what the problem was and I brought my computer in because they said they could fix it. They called the next day and insisted they need $200 more to fix it. I happened to have dinner with a friend who told me to just push "command" "r" and follow the prompts to reboot the old operating system. I did that and fixed my computer within 5 minutes.
