When I say I wish I could leave zero stars, I mean it completely. By far one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Took everything for me not to confront you guys face to face about how worthless excuse of an establishment you are. Its safe to say I won’t be stepping foot in that garbage ever again and I’ll be sure to tell the people in the community to spend there hard earned money somewhere else! By the grace of God and being raised right is the only reason you aren’t answering to me in person. Remember that.

Staff has no idea what they are doing. I asked for a wireless network card for inside my pc because all my USB ports are taken up. The man then showed me a USB plugin wireless receiver. I explained I needed a card as I have no USB slots. The man then said to me well they both do the same thing. I then proceeded to show the man the card in the similar products on the back of the box and asked this is what I need do you have this exact product. He said this will do the same thing as the card. He didn't understand the concept of having all USB slots being used up 10/10 would not...

I have an old computer. I didn't know I should not have tried to upgrade to new operating system. The young person told me what the problem was and I brought my computer in because they said they could fix it. They called the next day and insisted they need $200 more to fix it. I happened to have dinner with a friend who told me to just push "command" "r" and follow the prompts to reboot the old operating system. I did that and fixed my computer within 5 minutes.
