Starbucks — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

Officially now the worst coffee in Bonita Springs, Fl. It has become apparent that Starbucks has become more focus on promoting their political agenda than servicing their customers. In the last several months, they intentionally poisoned my daughter who ordered a non dairy coffee because she's allergic to dairy but when she came in to pick it up she wasn't wearing a mask so they wouldn't give it to her. It was sitting on the counter, she had already paid for it but wouldn't give it to her. The next time she came in they intentionally put creamer in her coffee because they knew she was allergic. She was in distress all night. Then I went in tonight and they intentionally loosened the top and handed me my coffee which spoiled all over me. Their staff acts as though we are here for them instead of the other way around. Well Dunkin Donuts is one block down the road and that is where I will be getting my coffee from now. I went to this starbucks and waited at the intercom for someone to take my order for a good 5 min. after saying hello and no answer i pull up to be greeted by a employee named anna i believe who took my order, wrong, might i add. and then proceeded to blame me for holding up the line because no one took my order , even after me saying hello multiple times. when i tried to explain myself, anna went to to say that she probably turned off her headset because the digs they get when someone pulls up annoys them? this is sooo inappropriate and very rude. along with the 6 employees i saw in there jus standing around ? they had to right to say that they were “busy”. it was not my fault for backing up the line and she should NEVER say that to a customer. will Not be...

I worked here as a barista for a year and this store is the BEST starbucks store in the whole region! We always try our best to deliver the fastest and best services to our customers, no matter it is Monday morning peak or Sunday late night. I do hope in the future everybody can wear masks when they came in, it helps with our community SO much and shows respects and appreciation to each other. If you ever seen us laughing or smiling behind the bars, it was not fake or forced, it is because we are indeed a really HAPPY team at work!!
