Five Guys — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

I have eaten at a Five Guys before and they are usually quite efficient. I ordered online and drove to the restaurant. It was about 8pm and the store was empty. The music was about 5 times louder than it has to be and the workers were quite annoyed when they had to ask me things twice. The employees seemed to be cleaning up already' even though it closed in 2 hours. I ordered a cheeseburger with ketchup, mayo, and several vegetable topping. My burger came with ketchup and mayo with ZERO of the toppings I asked for. My fries were undercooked and floppy. This store is new and I will adjust my review if it gets better, but I don't know if I'll go back. Update 20240103 - WHAT HAPPENED to the prices?!?!?!?!? $8.49 for a little cheeseburger??? Are you serious!!! A little cheeseburger, little fries and a soda fountain drink came out to be $17.66. Two regular burger meals would be over forty bucks. For a burger??????? 👎👎 I am NEVER coming back. Ridiculous

Original Post: This was my nth visit to this location but my wife's first visit. I was shocked to see nobody in the register and cooking area to greet us when we came in to the restaurant. An empty place with no greeting is highly unusual. The workers came in from the back after a few minutes and proceeded to help the line of people that had accumulated at the register. I ordered online to be picked up inside at a specific time so I got there 5 minutes early and when I came in the staff said hi to me and asked if I had a pickup or dining in I said pickup and gave my name and they were already working on my order and kept me up to date on the progress. It was ready on time and all the staff was so friendly and helpful and went over my order and made sure everything was correct and asked if I needed anything else. All in all was an excellent experience and I will highly recommend this Five guys and will be coming back.
