Sold us a GE Refrigerator that was labeled by them on the advertisement sheet taped to its front door stating its manufacture date was 2018. We relied upon that assertion. We purchased the refrigerator. Today we contacted the GE customer support. Based upon the serial number and manufacture date code they said the DATE OF MANUFACTURE WAS 1994. It was 24 YEARS OLDER THAN ADVERTISED!!!! They say ALL SALES ARE FINAL so even though they lied we overpaid and are stuck with a refrigerator OLDER THAN THE ONE THAT DIED AND NEEDED REPLACING! Your response is as dishonest and misleading as the sheet you posted on the refrigerator. Where you receive your products has absolutely no bearing on assertions you placed on the sheet that you put on the refrigerator. I am a fourth-generation entrepreneur so I have a far greater degree of customer service knowledge than some fly-by-night junk shop. I received my information directly from the customer service representative at GE not by guessing (in the seller's favor) based on appearances. If you were a reputable business, you would accept responsibility for posting erroneous information. As to the negative reviews, they are to warn other innocent customers that they should exercise a "buyer-beware" attitude when dealing with...
Read moreI didn't see the boss's response. So I came back to the store just now. I learned that the boss responded my review just now by their employee. I read it and was shocked . This time I review the boss. If I can do 0 star review, I give the boss 0 star. I did not insult them. But complained their rude behavior. This guy just heard the rest of story by the lady which I complained , he heard different story from her and he didn't want to hear the story from us. I suggest this guy listens to the record of conversation over the phone, instead of listening to the story. Then he knows who should be ashamed. But anyway, the rude one, dishonest one , impolite one should be ashamed. I tell you here, I didn't tell her lee could give me 50% discount, I just told her, Lee agrees the $100 for that small thing, which she agreed also later. She delivered wrong information to Lee, made lee stressful, then Lee was rude with my friend , who came to the store 3 days later, my friend is such a great person, I can tell, the whole world loves him, and he told me they were so rude to him. For whatever reason, you need to apologize for your rude response to your customers please. We came here not for this...
Read moreI had the pleasure of working with Carolyn at ReUseItPros yesterday. I had originally gone there to buy a basin, back and side splashes for a left corner application. However, upon viewing the one I was going to buy, I quickly determined by looking at the back and side splashes that the unit was designed to go into right side corner instead of a left side corner. At Carolyn’s urging, I went through all of their inventory looking to see if they had something else I could use. She was even kind enough to show me a few. After scouring through everything, I not only found one but a few that would work. Unfortunately, the one I really liked was matched with a vanity and had just arrived 6 days earlier. Carolyn explained to me that they have a strict “30 days policy” not to split up vanities and sink combos. Therefore, she worked with me on another one and I bought it. During the whole process, Carolyn was very helpful, courteous and exceptionally friendly. If I were David, the owner, I’d give her a...
