My first time in and I was hoping to try a plain croissant. But almost 2 hours before closing they were out of every croissant except the last chocolate croissant. I asked if I could have one of the plain croissants they use for sandwiches but making the big buck was more important to them. I got the last chocolate croissant and a lemonade and paid $14. The croissant was burnt on the outside layer which ruined the taste. I didn’t care for the lemonade either. It’s a shame. I was looking forward to trying them and was really disappointed. To rub salt into the wound, when I asked why they were out of everything , the man serving said that it isn’t season and they were busier than expected. That tells me how little they value locals that will keep them going when the snow birds are gone. They were so arrogant that they didn’t even try to say anything when I said I would leave a negative review. And I am not a person that leaves reviews. After seeing the owner’s response I know I will never go back. I was not having a bad day, I was having a great day. It was my anniversary and I just wanted something light to eat on my way to Miami Beach for a nice dinner out with my husband and a fantastic ocean front room in a hotel. Customer service can make or break a business no matter how good your product is. I was not aggressive and never even raised my voice, which I never would do. When a customer is unhappy it is customary for someone in authority to try to smooth over the situation, not insult the customer. In addition, the face was not aggressive. It was inquisitive to imply what’s going on here? Do you care so little about your customers that you won’t even come out and face them? A little explanation or apology would have...
Read moreFrom the moment I stepped inside Wolf Moon Coffee, I was struck by the décor. It felt modern yet warm, with a welcoming atmosphere that immediately set the tone.
At the register, I was greeted by a display of freshly baked goods that was almost overwhelming in the best way. I settled on a quiche and a croissant, along with a latte. While I expected my total to be on the higher side, any hesitation disappeared the second I took my first sip of that latte and bite of the croissant.
The croissant was nothing short of perfection. It was flaky, buttery, and delicate, and it felt like I was experiencing a croissant for the very first time. Paired with the latte, which was expertly balanced in flavor and smoothness, the entire experience felt indulgent yet absolutely worth every penny. In fact, I left feeling like I may have even underpaid for the quality I received.
The staff was warm and attentive, adding to the overall charm of the place. When you glance to the right after walking in, it all makes sense. You can see the impressive equipment in the kitchen, the kind you would expect to find in a world-class bakery. It is clear there is real craftsmanship and maybe even a touch of Disney magic behind every pastry.
Wolf Moon Coffee is not just another coffee shop. It is an experience. I will definitely be back, and next time, I will be bringing friends along to share in...
Read moreWolfmoon has some of the best Croissants I've ever eaten. Their Croquet Monsieur was delicious. Their ham & cheese Croissant was really good too. The french soup they served with the Croquet Monsieur was very good as well. I'm sure most will agree with what's great. But, for a moment, I want to focus on what was not great for me. Service flow... I'm not talking about friendly smiling staff & staff interactions. Their service execution seems clumsy and haphazardly thrown together! In my opinion, which may not mean much to anyone, but, I am a professional in service flow, execution & fine hospitality. If they can correct their service flow and execution, Wolfmoon would be a wonderful place to visit. Until then, for me, it's not worth visiting. It's one thing to be busy, yes they're very busy. But, it's another issue altogether to feel their clumsy service execution and deal with the throngs of people coming and going at the same time. It's overwhelming to my senses, and I have not the patience to visit and bare witness. All this to say less, Wolfmoon has very, very, good Croissants. No doubt the best in swfl. Please do not take offense to my review, Wolfmoon Owner. This is just my opinion, and if you feel it's undeserved, I can explain to you in person what I experienced and delete my review. These issues can be overcame...
