Subway — Restaurant in Bonita Springs

This place is awful. Subway is wonderful,this subway is not! The two ladies that are always there ,are causing issues with customers.they also have issues with others stores in the same plaza.they don't make the food right and they are super cheap with product even after I say I'll pay extra. If you go in on different days,and you order something different from the last time,they get rude and upset. The employees are harassing other businesses in the plaza and treat me like I owe them something everytime I walk in for my lunch break. Also I understand Spanish and speak it fluently but If I don't feel like speaking Spanish ,they get mad cause they don't know English. But I can hear and understand the Spanish trash talk behind the counter.i work 12-14 hour days and when I clock out for lunch I want to spend my money on A casual lunch.i walked away and got food somewhere else. This is just some of the issues. I really would like to start eating at subway again for my lunch. I literally...

I happen to stop into this particular location of subway today, and have to say I very impressed with this young lady that was on shift on how clean and organized everything was when I arrived.

Happened to notice she was the only one on staff at the time, and she stopped what she was doing to greet me right away.

Not sure what her name is, but she was professional, and attentive. She also put effort into making the sub with perfection so it was a pretty nice experience, so she made my day. Also I drive right by here every single day on my way to the shop so I will be stopping in much more often 😉

I hope someone that matters reads this. I have gone here many times. Never had a good experience. I know, I should stop going. Well I did. Today. I will never go back. I asked for a BMT. She gave me a cold cut combo. Big deal. I'm a pushover so I said nothing. I like cold cut combos. This meats were half and half discolored. Ew. So FRESH. I thought I would get over it. It came time for veggies. Also so FRESH. The lettuce with partially brown and the tomatoes were almost green with stems in them. One was not FRESH and the other was way to FRESH. Anyways. very upsetting and how it had been every time I have gone here. I didn't eat the sub. I payed for it and threw it in the trash...
