If you want to be ignored this is the place to be I was the only customer in the store two employees were out side putting up new signs I walked into the store one employee was on the phone I didn't see anyone else he got off the phone looked at me and walked away the two employees putting up the sign came in and got another sign to put up said nothing to me then after 10 minutes two employees came from the back looked at me then went the other direction another customer came in and was helped write away two more employees came from the back and finally one of them asked me if I had been helped I said no I told him that I had a return he said he didn't know how to do that and walked away not to find someone who could help just to go talk to the other 3 employee at the other end of the counter the two employees putting up signs came back in and one of them asked if I needed help I told him that I had a return he said he couldn't do that but he would get someone that could he went to the back and found someone that could do a return 25 minutes...

4/22/2024: DO NOT buy the Shop Pro DEF Fluid here. It destroyed my truck within hours and saving $30 is costing me $5,000 for a new system. Ray swapped out my Platinum Blue DEF with their store brand and said DEF is DEF, “It’s like buying milk at the store”. The Store Manager told me to take my car to the mechanic and call him with an estimate before moving forward. I called him back and then got the old “All claims are through corporate” speech and acted completely helpless. I called corporate to place a claim on 4/22/2024 and was told the Regional Manager would be calling me within 2 business days. It’s now 5/6/2024 and I still haven’t heard a word from them. The employee proceeded to tell me that it was a service reminder.
