Went into this store to upgrade my phone. The sales associate seemed to understand and know the product, which was helpful. He encouraged me to upgrade my plan to save $5 dollars. Upgraded my plan to save $5 dollars but with that upgrade I lost my HBO MAX. I lost HBO MAX to save $5 on a new ATT plan now I'll have to pay anywhere from $9.99 to $20.00 for HBO MAX make that make sense. I help the sales associate out tremendously, he not only got me new phone but he also sold me accessories and upgraded my plan to cost me more money. This is an upgrade meaning I'll need to send in my old phone which he never gave me information for....so I had to call ATT.
