I was excited to try Rainer Pizza and came by on a Friday around 6 p.m. Unfortunately, there were only two people working, which made for a very long wait. One young woman was handling everything — taking orders and payments, working the oven, cutting and boxing pizzas — all without gloves or any visible hand washing in between. We observed her even touching her hair constantly... 🤢It raised some real concerns about sanitation, especially for a food truck setting. You are taking a real gamble eating here. I hope they can address staffing and food safety procedures, because the concept and menu seem promising. Pizza was burnt... All 3! So disappointed....

The price is pretty high and and the location is pretty tricky to reach being on a state highway. But overall the pizza was really good, so I recommend it.
