We have been extremely satisfied customers for over 15 years, but today Michele went above and beyond. I had taken my laptop in for a tune-up and when I opened it at home many of my documents had a red circle with a plus sign attached to them. I went back to the store thinking that it had something to do with the tune up and wondered if there was a quick fix I could do to rid the documents of the red circle. Michele quickly discoved that it had to do with Windows One Drive. Apparently they had moved many of my documents to the cloud and removed them from my hard drive. (Nothing to do with the tune up). She returned all the documents from cloud storage back to my harddrive. Problem fixed. If I had deleted them from the cloud they would have been gone forever. I asked for a bill and she refused. I had built a new custom gaming PC by myself for the first time and was having some very odd issues with it rebooting itself/turning off and not turning back on at all. I was at a loss and had no idea where to go or how to troubleshoot the issue, I thought all my money and time had been wasted. I dropped it off to Michelle at Computer Shack and she had it back to me and working perfectly within 24 hours, despite not knowing exactly what my problem was from the beginning. Not to mention at a much lower price than i would expect from most computer repair shops. It’s been a week or so now problem free! Michelle is a miracle worker, as well as being extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely be recommending her to friends and coming back if any problems arise in the future....

Huge shout out to Michelle, Computer Shack rocks!! I bought my son a basic gaming computer from Amazon and consistently had trouble with no power over and over after dealing with unethical seller I decided to stomach the cost and find someone local to see what the problem was. Come and behold I stumbled on Computer Shack with Michelle she is a knowledgeable super humble tech chick and she knows her stuff . She has been doing this for many decades and it shows. She took it apart changed the power supply and before you know it it was up and running and my son has been enjoying it ever since .
