The service was nice and friendly and did help with any concerns and issues i had. I have no complaints on the service. I was disappointed how the menue didn't accurately describe what was in the item because when I read what was in the cashew chicken it didn't list it had mushrooms when it listed all the other ingredients in it. The food was decent but nothing to make me want to come back to. I was disappointed how the phad thai didn't come with lime as is usually the case when I usually order phad thai. The dining area was casual but nothing fancy. I was actually kind of turned off by getting a fortune cookie with my meal because that's not something usually seen at thai restaurants and felt a clash of themes. Ultimently this is a place I find this place to be inoffensive and would be a place I would stop by if I was in the area and it was convenient but not a place I would go out of my way to go back to again.

I hate to leave such a harsh review, but the food was not good. I ordered the chicken pad Thai- and it just was underwhelming and the chicken was over cooked, and the sauce was lame. The flavor was lacking and the sauce was giving color to the noodles but no taste. And they didn’t give me any spicy when I ordered it with three stars/medium heat. The chicken fried egg rolls were crispy but again no flavor, and very minimal filling inside. They were not worth it. And the mango sticky rice was lacking too, and the sauce on the side is gross. It was so sad because I wanted to love this place and give a nice review. But the food was just not good. Staff was great and service was fast. They were so polite and quick to make my order. They told me 20mins wait but it was done in 11mins. That was great… but the food I got was not good, so probably not a great thing it was done so quickly. I won’t go back.

Had a delightful early dinner with family and friends this week. This small restaurant (maybe 6 or 7 tables) does a bustling business in drive through, but provided great service for diners the night we were there. Our server and the manager were both very friendly and attentive and we got great food without too much waiting. Started out with Crab wontons, pot-stickers, and chicken satay appetizers - all hot, fresh and tasty. For dinner I had the Tamarind Prawns - deep fried shrimp over a sweet slaw, dressed with a sweet tamarind and garlic sauce. Shared with the table, everyone loved it! Spiced 3/5 it really wasn't hot at all, just flavorful. Others had the Prawn Pad Thai, which was ample, very well seasoned and served with large, juicy shrimp (2/5 very mild) and the Southern Curry - a Massaman-style beef curry served with asian pancakes which had great flavor, a coconut milk base, and at 2/5 heat, had wonderful flavors but really no heat to speak of. Our fourth diner had the Red Curry with beef and got this at a 4/5 heat level. She loved the dish, found the curry sauce to be delicious and brought every drop home to mix with rice for left overs. At 4/5 this was a spicy dish but nowhere near challenging from a heat level, just delicious. It's possible the kitchen was being gentle with us as this was our first time there, and all the dishes were delicious, but I think we would turn the spice level up a level or two for each of these dishes the next time we are there! Service was GREAT and we...

Our family love this restaurant and when we placed our order through the phone, the lady took the wrong order and even when we tried to double-check before we paid, they said everything should be in the bag. I called back and told the lady that we didn't receive our food correctly and told her we live far away that we can't go back to get the right food and we habe two little kids. So I asked her if she write a note or something for the next time. Then, she yelled at me and saying they have so many customers like me that she doesn't care about how far I live or what my situation is, I need to come back to get my food. So I told her again I live pretty far and I have two little kids with me so I asked her to leave a note or something for the next time once again. And she yelled at me and said I'm one of those annoying customers they deal with and told me to come and get the food and just hung up the phone. I was so speechless. My husband was listening to the entire conversation when I was placing the order and then the phone call with the lady. It's just an really upsetting and unpleasant experience for us as a family. I just wanted to get the right food that I ordered that they made a mistake of. I wasn't trying to make them upset or complain but then the way she came after me was very...

I have been coming to this restaurant for years. The food has always been good, and who can beat a drive thru? I ordered my food and was quoted 45-50 mins. When I showed up my food wasn’t ready. They said another 20 mins and to “go shopping” until it was done. I didn’t have anywhere to go so I waited…. I returned 20 mins later and was told there were still another five orders ahead of me. The kind young gal at the window allowed me to refund me order, but then refunded the wrong order. When I said mine was different they told me I was actually only two orders behind and that mine was ready, just waiting to be packaged. I agreed to wait. While I was waiting the employee ran out and said “we’ve already voided your order so we can’t give you your food.” I offered to pay again. I didn’t want them stuck with my special order AND my family was at home hungry. She said “nope. Sorry. can’t do anything about that. It’s been voided.” Clearly they never made my food. I had just spent 2 hrs circling Bonney lake. The worst part was they never apologized or owned their mistake. I would’ve been so understanding had someone just told me what happened the first time through the drive thru. There is another great Thai place in Bonney Lake and two in auburn we will visit...
