I have gone two times now to George’s. The first time I went with a friend and we ordered food to share including an appetizer. The appetizer came out first and really quickly but then it took over 30 minutes to get our main meal, we even considered that our order hadn’t even been sent to the kitchen because it took so long to get. Once it did come out, we realized the food had possibly been made for a while, because the state of our salad seemed as though the greens had been warmed and were not cold, like it sat under a warmer. The Philly cheesesteak sandwich we shared was just OK, definitely felt over priced for the quality. The fries that came with the sandwich were extremely dry and unseasoned, I agree with other reviews that they seemed not fresh and likely frozen which is disappointing since a lot of fast food restaurants make fries fresh, these were hard and powdery in texture, we barely touched them and only ate a quarter of the salad each. The staff was very friendly. But again, we were put off by how long it took to get our food and the overall quality, especially for the price. The appetizer we ordered, the fried pickles were really good, though I would’ve liked the pickles to have been more crunchy on the inside, the pickle itself was pretty mushy but by far the best I’ve had in the area outside of Pizza Coop in Woodinville. Yesterday evening, I wanted to take my husband to try the fried pickles, it would be my second visit and his first. It was 9:25pm when we walked in and we were immediately approached when we walked through the door and informed that all of the grills had been shut off for the night, even though their hours of operation are until 11:00pm. We were informed that it was too slow of a night for them to keep the grills running because they had more staff than customers and that they plan to close early at 10 o’clock because of this. I’m guessing the person who informed us was the manager or one of the owners, but they said they couldn’t justify staying open, which we were a little confused about based on the number of seats occupied. She asked us to stay and offered to see if maybe they could make us some chicken strips and Jo Jo’s but we declined since the whole reason we were there was to get the fried pickles. There were still quite a few people in the building at the bar, tables and booths, granted, not as busy as my first visit, which was in the middle of the day, but it definitely wasn’t dead. Our thoughts when leaving were If the concern was that there were too many staff to justify staying open, why weren’t some of the staff sent home instead of shutting down the entire business early? I could understand if there was only one or two other people but there was a group of 5 people at one table right when we walked in, a a least two other couples at booths in the back, a least three customers seated at the bar and a couple at tables, there were no less than what appeared to be at least 10 other customers there besides my husband and I. Overall not the greatest experiences. Will try again in the future because the fried pickles were pretty good but definitely won’t be stopping in too late into the evening since hours and food availability can vary.

EDIT To acknowledge more resent visit: After Ali reached out we chose to give another chance. As expected the food was delicious. Husband said it was the best guacamole burger he's ever had. The staff was wonderful. Special shout out to Lauren who did double duty with pulltabs. She was so sweet and seemed to really enjoy contacting with customers. I believe our previous visit could be considered an anomaly and we will be back.

Stopped for lunch. The food was great the service was horrible! It ranged from indifference to out right hostility (bartender). My husband ordered a 2nd beer and after waiting until 1/2 way through his meal (brought AFTER he asked for the beer) he commented I'm never getting that beer am I. I went to the bar to get it thinking the waitress had just forgot. The bartender was beyond rude. Told me I had a waitress to order from. I tried to explain I was trying to help by coming up she looked behind her and "saw" a ticket (again) rudely asking if it was mine. Said I didn't know if it was. She told me to go sit down and she'd handle it. When she brought the beer to us it was slammed on the table hard enough to hear and slosh over. Her apology was "I'm sooo sorry. I have tables too you know." I was going to apologize to our server for causing a problem but after sitting at the table for a full 10min after my husband's plate had been cleared (by what seemed like the only server working ie delivering food clearing tables and wiping down tables) literally twiddling my thumbs waiting to be asked if I wanted a box or the check all while our server stood taking to a coworker I changed my mind. Hubby and I are 25% tippers two of our kids work in the food industry and I can honestly say this is the first time in my life I did not want to tip. In my opinion get the food to go and you won't be disappointed but dine in and just...

OK, long time resident of Bonney Lake as well as long-time customer of the former BLT. We have been to the "new" BLT a few times so I think it's time for a review. We've went a couple times at prime time like (dinner / date night) time on a Friday evening. It's very busy during this time and typically get seated but one time we kinda got the run around before we could get seated after waiting about a half hour, with others who came in after us with no reservations getting seated before us, but whatever. At those busy times the service was a little lack-luster but to be expected when it's busy like that, food was OK. This last Friday we went in early, before the big rush and it was quiet, not very busy at all which was very nice. Service was great but the food this time was not quite what we had in mind for "fish n chips". Wife ordered actual fish n chips and I ordered the "fishwich" (fish sandwich). Everything, including her coleslaw was very bland. The "fish" is something that seemed like it came from food services of America frozen little medallions that get thrown in some sort of a heater?? The sandwich was the same thing with these pre-made medallion things on a bun. Like something you might feed your kids on a Saturday afternoon for lunch out of a frozen box in the freezer. Fish n chips should be a giant piece of cod battered in house. Next time we're gonna try the pizza, cause each time we've been in we've seen others having and it actually looks very good. Hopefully it's good, cause if not we're taking the "new" BLT off our list of places to go. 3 drinks plus these meals was $87 .. today's new...
