I normally would give this place a 5/5, but I only just found out today that the horchata that they put into their seasonal drink, The Ugg Life, is made with whole milk. I only found out because the barista who took our order told us that it was a premade mixture and then offered to make me something similar just without the horchata. I loved the drink she made but knowing that for the past three days I've had the worst stomach issues I've ever had because no one told us at all that it was made with whole milk, and just, I'm assuming, added almond milk on top hoping I wouldn't be able to tell is extremely scary for me because it could have easily put me into the hospital. If you're someone who can't have cows milk at all, do not order The Ugg Life and you might have to triple check that your drink is made properly instead of just them hoping you don't...

I'll be honest here. Firstly, I'm not a coffee drinker, but went in with my coffee drinking daughter for a drink and a snack. Great little shop with good treats from Main street baking company located in Auburn and some things from CJ's Deli up in Bonney Lake (one of my faves). They seem to have quite the selection of their own roasted coffees from all over the world along with some really cool large burlap coffee bags for only $5 each. Had a flavored lemonade, that was carbonated, which was a little weird but enjoyed it nonetheless. My daughter had a shot of espresso on top of vanilla ice cream that she enjoyed very much- an Affo Gatto I think. I even liked it. Overall, a cute little shop that I think any coffee lover...

RVC workers have, in our experience, always been friendly, efficient, and patient.We don't 'go out' for dining/coffee much, but they've always been quick AND friendly as they fill our order...even when we barage them with questions. Tasty, fun, and colorful beverages along with pleasant banter make for a fun 'splurge moment' at RVC. Everything we've tasted so far has been a really nice treat and flavorful. They are helpful with suggestions if we have an idea of what we are "in the mood for," but can't decide what we want. We also appreciate their dairy free options and variety of locally sourced items. Business supporting business is always a plus...
