Amazing. Just simply amazing. Walked into the store needing a new dishwasher after ours bit the bullet over the weekend, and salesman helped me out right away. He listened to what I needed, and recommended solutions instead of the most expensive thing they had. Was highly impressed. Delivery was a breeze, installation a snap and a 5-year extended warranty was less than the cost of a 1-year warranty from the big box stores.

There is something to be said about a hometown business. They are there to make you happy, because they know a happy customer is a repeat customer! They had us setup and installed in just 3 days! Meanwhile, most of the big box stores had multi-week lead times.

Great place to buy appliances! I highly recommend the speed queen washer & dryer. After having so many problems with other washing machines I was told by a friend about speed queen. It’s been an absolutely wonderful machine. I do a lot of laundry it’s fast & gets my clothes clean. Never had any problems till recently it started making a funny noise. I called imhoffs they came checked it out. It needed a new belt & bam they fixed it immediately. They didn’t have to order a new one & come out again to fix it.
