Great staff. 1st time ordered online. Got there to pick up what I thought I'd order, and all-in-one vape cartridge. So that didn't work so somehow I ended up with a vape cartridge that none of my chargers/battery will work with. Called twice. Unk issue with all-in-one and expensive and wouldn't have bought had I knew I needed a battery. I was expecting the all-in-one to help my pain ASAP. Disappointed no one told me I needed a special charger (which they were out of????). Staff very pleasant. I was not allowed to touch products or I definitely would have checked the vape issue. Doubt i order on line any more. I do trust budtenders very much but maybe if customers knew order was not what I'd ordered. Unsure if I will go back. But very pleasant staff. Sh*t happens. Unfortunately I have a useless cartridge, not an all-in-one. Why can we not verify products are what we ordered? Would have saved me a 35 mile trip 1 way. Advise everyone to request staff to SHOW customers the product before we check out. Probably just go back to Columbia if nothing is done. Can't use brand new cartridge (was supposed to also be a full Gram. Not 3.5 oz. Why are taxes so much higher than COMO? Wasted trip today. Just be sure and ask staff to SHOW you the products I pay so dearly for. At least I was able to get gummies to help my pain. They work great! Visited store today after Dr appt. Receptionist always welcoming and hel9ful. Budtender helped me 1 on 1 as I was having a migraine. Bought some STIIIZY products 1st time. Cartridge and battery. So far, so good!! Great, grat staff! Consistently superb customer service. You definitely need to call 1st to make sure they have the tools. Don't buy a Cartridge without checking the battery. 2 of mind failed and I love 30 miles away. Today's purchase was GREAT! TYSMUCH for my crankiness....

All the people are always amazing. Gillian greeted me with a warm smile and all the support in the world during one of the hardest times in the world, and checked me out with all the support as well, I'm so sorry I didn't catch the new lady's name but she was so friendly and is doing a great job, and the gentleman (mgr I think 🤔) also so knowledgeable and did a great job helping his new member and myself by using it as a great teaching moment for us both! And then of course there's the notorious beautiful Ms. Kelly, who is always saying hi, and full of compliments (flattery will get you EVERYWHERE lady!). You will never find a more family like atmosphere. It is the "Cheer's" TV bar, of all dispensaries around! Love you guys and will miss all your beautiful...

Love this place the staff are very friendly and kind. I have had amazing experiences with each and every employee they are very knowledgeable about their business. Will continue to be a repeat customer.

Editing my review not to change the 5 star rating but to add how amazing the staff has continued to be at the boonville location.

Dave and Angel are absolute rockstars! I have gotten continual great recommendations, customer service, and all around amazing attitude.
