I wouldn’t recommend anyone going here to get a mattress I had the worse experience after complaining about the comfort of the mattresses the first one was too firm after 2 days couldn’t get any sleep Kevin the manager fairly pleasant did let me return after me complaining about all the money I just spent and being told I had to pay a 200.00 restock fee that the manufacturer charges so I picked out another one the sealy silver pine pillow top which isn’t really any better to be honest because I wake up with my shoulders hurting every morning since I got it Smdh so at this point I want a refund so I went in this morning after calling before I came and the black lady in the front that’s always looking crazy I might add lol told me the manager was on vacation but I could come talk to Stacey just for me to get there for her to say I can’t make any decisions and then for the salesman that Wears to much gold I might add which is very unprofessional gold chains and gold teeth yuck but anyways he’s gonna say they may not take it back this time because do you know how unsanitary it is to return a mattress once it’s been slept on a try to return it… and that Kevin did it as a courtesy that normally doesn’t happen. Read moreI purchased a complete bedroom set from Ivan Smith in Bossier City, LA and after it was delivered I noticed a problem with the king bed and immediately called. The salesman asked me to email him pictures and or a video of the damage which I did. I had to call him to verify that he received my email. The lady that answered the phone was EXTREMELY rude like she didn’t want to be there but he told me he did and that he passed it on to his manager and someone would be giving me a call to either replace or repair the bed. After not hearing from anyone in a week I emailed him again and this time I let him know that I haven’t heard from anyone and that he charged us for a warranty without even discussing it with us. He did immediately call and said nothing about the warranty but he did tell me that he had looked at the bed on the floor and it had the same issues as to suggest that’s how the bed is but if I wanted he would have the service department to give me a call and I told him that yes I want them to call me and I want my bed fixed or replaced. What he was trying to say did not make any sense at all. That one molding on the headboard has a gap but the other one is fine and that one molding on the footboard wiggles but the molding on the other side is perfectly fine and does not move at all. Read moreOur shopping experience at Ivan Smith in Bossier City could not have gone any better. From the time we stepped in the store to the day they delivered our furniture, everything went flawlessly. First, our salesman, Eric Hewitt didn't try to pressure us into buying anything. He basically showed us what we had described to him, and then answered all of our questions. The delivery process was wonderful. We set up a delivery date a week ahead of time, then one day before the delivery date we got a call from Ivan Smith just verifying our delivery for the next day. Then on the next day, we got another call telling us that the delivery truck would be at our house in approx. 10 minutes and exactly 10 minutes later they pulled in the drive. The furniture we bought was fairly large and they had to bring it thru a narrow hallway from the garage that led into the house and the two gentleman that brought everything in were super careful not to damage anything.. Once they got it in the house, they set everything up for us. The guys were extremely nice, very respectful. Wish I could remember their names but I do remember they were driving truck number CD 9. I believe one of them was named Devan. The entire process, from the minute we walked into the store to the minute they delivered our furniture was smooth and easy. ...
