I highly do not recommend this place for your phone repair needs. I brought my phone in for a cracked screen repeat and it was in their possession for 6 days until it was ready to. E picked up . The night of , I realized the phone wouldn't charged after the battery died . I immediately took it physically back to the store the next guy name Abe told me to leave it with him . Later came back to puck it and tested the charger out to ensure it worked before I departed . A day later , I then discovered the camera isn't Turning on anylonger . The error says ( camera invalid ) . So now I'm believing whoever repaired the screen caused am issue with other features within the phone . I called and spoke to Abe again ; and his word were ( ITS NOT OUR PROBLEM!" ) VERY Rude and unprofessional . When my dad and I spent $260 for repairs and they kept it basically a week. He told me to follow up with someone named Joe because he didn't personally install the screen . So I called back up here to speak to Joe and he said that Joe had already left . His word were ( ITS NOT BUSINESS TO KEEP UP WITH HIM AMD HUS SCHEDULE ) . I would never do business with someone who speaking to me nor my family that way . My phone was in great condition internally before bringing it to them . At this point I don't trust them . In addition they Unlocked my password on my phone and got into it . My phone was password protected when I initially dropped it off! I don't Trust these Foreigners with any of my personal devices because they can hack into it and steal information . DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE . Save yourself...

I have mixed reviews on my repair. I brought my galaxy s10+ in for repair. The screen was cracked and needed to be replaced. I was told they needed to order a screen and it would be a few days but received a call a few hours later letting me know it was done early. We were already headed out of town so I had my dad pick it up for me when he headed out. It was $315 after tax to replace the screen and it was a used screen they replaced it with. It has scratches all over it, especially up and down the "edge" part of the screen and there's a weird bubble sound in the center of the screen. It works and I'm grateful for that but for $315, I should have at least received a new screen and the bubble sound worries me for...

The customer service from the most amazing person named Abraham was unbelievable! He helped my elderly mother replace her Sim Card and update her phone with no questions asked! I had already called around to other stores who did not want to help us at all. I live in Florida, so I felt helpless. Once I talked to Abraham, I was so relieved and he restored my belief that there are still caring, good people out there! So, Abraham Thank You so very much!! I would recommend this store to anyone that wants the best customer service around and make sure to ask...
