I ordered a chicken quesbirria. The lady that took my order spoke little to no English. I pointed on the menu what I wanted and told her chicken like three times bc she kept asking. Then another lady came and the cashier told her in Spanish what I ordered. The lady turned to me and asked beef, then I said no chicken and I said pollo. She said ok. I get my order and left without checking the bag, they had it tied up and I figured it would be right. When I got home realized it was beef. I called the # on receipt & a guy answered & just said hello. I asked is this the restaurant and he said yes. I told him what happened and he offered to remake it. It had already started drizzling outside but I still was going to go pick it up. Then 5min later the weather had gotten real bad. I call the guy back & told I will not be able to come because the weather was too bad unless they were going to deliver it. I asked can he just put my name down for later that day or another day to get order redone. He said they already remade it, I told him I'm not taking a risk and driving out in this weather for food. He just kept saying we already made it and his worker told him I said beef. I told him that was a lie and he could either put me down for a remake on a later date or refund me. He just repeated again it was already made and hung up in my face. The person that speaks no English shouldn't be the person that take orders. So unprofessional how this was handled.
I paid with my card & gave a tip on a to go order. But since they want to be rude & not resolve the issue they just might loose money on false orders in near future, lol. I can be rude too. I...
Read moreI am a Mexican food die-hard fan and have been on a serious hunt for some decent Birria tacos in the Shreveport-Bossier area for a minute now. This place has the best ones in the area that I've found so far. They were flavorful, not very greasy, and cooked to perfection. The restaurant was clean, the service was great, the wait time was minimal, and our orders were out promptly. The server was polite and attentive. The restaurant is at a major intersection, and traffic is quite heavy at times so there may be some difficulty getting into the parking lot. The environment is child friendly, has adequate parking, and is wheelchair accessible. I know where I'll be going to get my Birria tacos from now on....be sure to...

Paid $15 dollars for a rice burrito. The taste was fine. Called to let them know and they claim they measured the portions….NOT WORTH THE PRICE!! I’ll stick to the birria tacos 🌮 which are delicious. Not pleased at all!!...
