BG Catering Concepts — Local services in Boston

I was blessed to have BG Catering cater my wedding. They are so AMAZING, I am struggling to find the words to describe just how much I love them.

When BG Catering came into the picture, I had been waiting for over a year (on a 15 month engagement) for my wedding venue to choose a caterer- they were just having a hard time. I am so grateful my husband and I stuck it out and waited.

Mai and Glen were the sweetest and most amazing people, we secretly wish we could be their friends- we just have so much love for them. Mai eased all of our insecurities, moved everything along so quickly and professionally, she was suuuuper helpful and responsive with our 500 million questions and kept the whole experience SO fun and exciting!

If our love for Mai and Glen isn't enough to convince you to bring them on the team for your big event, then hear this: the food was DELICIOUS!! The chicken was so succulent and flavorful, the vegetables perfectly cooked, the salad.... ugh the salad!! It was so beautiful I almost didn't want to eat it!! The hors were beautifully garnished and cooked to perfection, everything came out so quickly, AND they were SO allergy friendly! I have never encountered any organization so well equipped and geared to accommodate for food allergies. SERIOUSLY. Don't pass them up! I'm already planning my Husband's big milestone birthday in 2039 just to be sure I have an excuse to do...

BG Catering Concepts was nothing less than an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. The venue for our nonprofit fundraiser required a fee to use an “outside” caterer, but my team and I got such a good feeling from the outset, that we decided to hire BG regardless. We were on a fairly tight budget, but we were just that impressed by the professionalism and range of services offered, all of which met our needs perfectly. Tim Seeberg was as patient and responsive as they come in the lead-up, responding dutifully to every single message I sent him. On the day of, Glenn Gardinier and Marius Anta could not have been better. Anything I asked for I got immediately with an enthusiastic attitude. It was very clear that the company and staff prioritized our needs at every turn, sending the message that they were pleased to take care of us and happy to help us pull off what was an exceedingly successful event. Couldn’t be happier with my experience with BG. We first started planning our big wedding celebration for September 2022 after getting married in my parents living room in 2020. I was totally overwhelmed by the planning process, but I knew instantly after connecting with Mai that we’d found our true wedding MVP. Right off the bat, she was so excited about our ideas and offered prompt and thoughtful feedback wherever needed. Throughout the whole process, she was enthusiastic about even our most our non-traditional ideas and offered endless advice even outside the scope of food and beverage. At our tasting, we were blown away at how delicious the food was, and throughout the whole process, BG was incredibly accommodating and thoughtful about how to navigate our food allergies and preferences. On the day of the wedding, everything went so smoothly and several guests told us after that it was the best food they’d ever had at a wedding.
