October 4, 2021 Cappuccino review: Excellent cappuccino in an 8 ounce cup nice foam neutral not too acidic. The online ordering by square was straightforward and quick, with Google pay and Apple Pay. I wish they had a comment box where I could request a drink customization such as reducing the amount of milk in a latte or mocha.

I normally drink mochas, but they are upfront on their ordering page that their mochas and lattes are in a 12 ounce cup with 10 ounces of milk. I wish they offered an 8 ounce version, but I appreciate that they are upfront with the details so that you aren’t surprised by getting more milk when you want.

October 12, 2021 update Mocha review: Since I couldn’t order the mochas I like ahead of time, this time I went in and ordered at the counter for an 8 ounce hot mocha. Barista explained they make them towards the chocolate milk direction and so I said to dial it back and balance the coffee and chocolate more. Just goes to show you that mochas are very individualized from one coffee shop to another. My 8 ounce mocha was still a bit more chocolatey than I would like but...

Kohi Coffee at Boston Landing is one of the best coffee shops in Boston. Tandem Coffee Roasters from Portland, ME supply most of the coffee used in the store, but recently Kohi has incorporated Little Wolf Coffee from Ipswich, MA into their repertoire. Both roasters are known for being New England's finest as determined and reviewed by Food & Wine magazine. Both roaster's beans are available for purchase in-store. The price of the beans reflects their quality, attention to detail, and amazing flavor. Cappucinos and lattes are crafted well, but Kohi's strength comes from their exquisite pour-overs of the Tandem and Little Wolf varieties. The selection of seating is moderate to small, but suits the clientele as most customers take their coffee to-go. Flavorful pastries are available, as are small plates like egg tartlets, chicken tarragon sandwich, vegan sandwich, and seasonal fruit bowl. These good reviews must be paid for. First time here. I went in super excited to get my chai. They charged me for it twice it was so annoying. Anyway, I see them making a drink and the barista SNEEZED IN THE DRINK. not covered. I sneeze from hell. She stopped making the drink to get a napkin for the boogers but the sneeze germs were already all over the drink. My drink was the drink behind it and when I expressed that I thought it was gross and asked them to remake it they asked why, I explained, and then they did unwillingly. Now onto the drink. The chai was the absolute worst and most watery chai I’ve ever had in my life. It barely felt like a chai and more like dirt water. I’m sure they made it like that because I complained about the cleanliness. Since I hated mine so much I tried my friends coffee and it too was the worst and most watery coffee ever.
