Despite booking many months in advance for a specific car, they still failed to deliver. Then when I needed to retrieve an item left in the car, they said they would need to "process it" so it would take a day, despite them confirming the item is probably in a bin of found items. If they do find it, they'll charge me shipping... Which all would be avoided if I could just grab it out of the bin. They were not that friendly either. I called this week to check on my reservation and the person claimed it was canceled but he could rebook my reservation if I used a digital payment method like Zelle or Venmo. I hung up.
