Maria Market — Local services in Boston

As I was looking for some packaged bread or toast or something, I found a whole carton of packaged croissants that were all mouldy! That really put me off. The man behind the counter was talking on his phone the whole time, even as it was our term to pay. Some people would probably call that rude, but I'm from Germany, so I'm used to a lot worse. When I brought it to his attention, he removed the mouldy packages immediately. Two stars for the convenience of not having to drive to a big supermarket. It is still ok to buy a pint of milk or coke, I suppose. For a higher rating, more attention should be paid to the freshness of food on the shelf and to customers and less to the phone...

12$ for a case of water 😂 hands down the most expensive place for water I have ever seen in the entire country. Has wic painted in big letters on the side multiple times then when you walk in has a small piece of paper that says does not accept wic lol obviously you would only go here for convince. Staff has no personality and everything is over priced. Except the Ben and Jerry's that's avg price. 2 vitamin waters and a coconut water in a car was 12 dollar's...if it's possible I would suggest not...

Its a quite big store also clean and all item organize. Employees are work there are too friendly. Love to go there...
