Plato's Closet — Local services in Bountiful

Ive been to all the platos closets and this one is terrible! The girls working were not friendly one bit... Its SO cluttery in there. I dont even know the right words to describe how horrible the clutter is, especially behind the counter!!!! Both times i went in i took two hefty bags of near brand new, good brand clothing. The first time i took my payout but was very disappointed (to the point i called and asked if i could get my clothes back and give the money back, but i was in a hurry) decided the 2nd time would be better...but i was wrong. They took 36 items (again near brand new, good brands) and offered me $58! I kindly told the girl "no thank you" and she pulled out a dirty bag and angrily threw all my clothes in there, dropping some all over their dirty floor! I took those same items to a different platos and they took those same items (and 4 others) and paid me $120!!!!!!! And they definitely lost out, i went through their aisles and aisles of clothes and shoes and i cannot even believe some of the items (especially shoes) that they have bought from people. I walked in immediately there’s clothes all over the floor surrounding the desk you have to walk over them to get too the side of it. They workers there finished going through my stuff and came and got me almost 20 minutes later. they didn’t take anything because they have “too much stuff” so i’m not sure how they can label there store to come in and sell if they have to much stuff they should at least tell you they won’t take anything right now so you don’t waist your time not to mention half the clothes they have out are not in any condition to sell you people, out of style dirty with stains all over them and have fabric fuzz all of them, You bring in good in shape clothes that are in style but they don’t take anything. It's nice to have a Plato's Closet in each of the major towns around Davis County because I get a little bored shopping the usual places that shall not be named here. It's nice to have a little upper class second hand store. I too wish there were more men's clothing to choose from. I make sure to bring all of my son's clothing here to try to help in that area. I haven't ever tried to return anything, clothing or shoes, so I don't know how their customer service is for returns. I have sold clothing here and have found that there price per garment is very low. But if I'm not willing to sell on KSL or any of the other online places, this is my only outlet to do so. But I sell here first before I donate to any of the second hand stores in town. Another option is to sell here and then donate to 4th Street youth home in Salt Lake or the Christmas Box home in Ogden instead of the usual second hand stores on...
