I placed an online order from them for multiple items and have had a horrible experience. First, one of the items I ordered was out of stock, and rather than contacting me to see if I would like a refund or would like to choose a different item, they just decided to pick a different item to send to me without my input. They put a note on the packing slip saying they did this, but they never asked if it was ok & I didn’t know it was happening until I received my package.

On top of that, I had ordered 4 of a different item, and when my package came I had only received two. They had crossed out “4” for the quantity on the packing slip and wrote “2,” but provided no other explanation and I was charged for the full 4.

I contacted them to ask why I had been charged for 4 items but only received 2, and they said they were out of stock and had issued a refund, but a week later I still hadn’t received the refund. I contacted them again about this and the response I received was rude and unhelpful.

I don’t like writing negative reviews, but the customer service I received when I wrote in about the issues was just so poor that I feel it is warranted in this case. I will be shopping somewhere else next time & I recommend you think twice before placing an online order...

My wife made an appointment for a Reiki session for my birthday with Kathryn for an hour. As I laid down and the Reiki session began my body sunk and I completely surrendered. I don't know that words could ever convey how incredible and how zen this whole experience felt to me. Kathryn's energy was so pronounced it was clearly visible in the waves and pulsations as I slowly drifted away. I felt such comfort that letting go became effortless. Time literally stopped for me at that point as I marvelled the sensations of this transcendent realm that I was in. After my session was over I felt as placid as one could possibly feel. I couldn't stop smiling from feeling this etherial sense of being that words couldn't even begin to describe. This was by far the most zen experience that I have ever had in my life. Waited 30 minutes outside with my kids. Was asked to leave after 15 minutes because someone was waiting outside. The owner was extremely rude. I would strongly recommend customers take their business elsewhere.

*This is absolutely an honest review considering my two children were allowed in at the same time another family was. They were allowed to continue shopping while we were not. I absolutely did wait for 30 minutes and tried to come in once before and was told not to as the main customer who was in there for the complete 30 minutes left. I also noticed the eye roll and sigh as I told you I wouldn't purchase the items anymore. You absolutely do have an attitude and you could have simply apologized to my children and I but you chose to be petty. I will continue to tell my pagan community friends of my experience...
